It was such a hassle free process for renting a car from Shift Car Rental. The most bad experience i have with rental cars company, delay of communication after you rent the car, you have to explain and explain and explain more about anything, no one can understand that you have your own schedule and they should respect that not working depends on what the company workers times. I have many issues with this company so many difficulties, first of all the stuff stop the car from their side suddenly because they think am other client who not do the payments after 5 hours they tell me sorry we are in mistake !!!!! In addition the installments very high and no discount for clients even you will rent years ago no discount , also when they give you a car the maintenance so bad you will see the car air conditioner hot or water leaking from inside, petrol smell, on the other hand I put black paper on the car windows because of sun when they take the car for normal service the stuff try to damage the paper so badly they try to take off without any permission they didn t think it is by customer money also, some stuff too much not polite because when they came to take car I tell them I will be in my home in this time he tell me no bark in the street because so traffic in high way road . No comfortable at all , in addition when they check the car after using always let it be full because they take a very high price for petrol from your side.

I must say that I am deeply disappointed with the overall lack of information, follow-up, professionalism, and assistance exhibited by your team. It is highly concerning that I receive conflicting information from your staff, which only adds to the confusion and anxiety I have been experiencing throughout this process. Furthermore, I find the level of responsiveness from your team to be inadequate. Timely communication and updates are crucial when dealing with a service like car transfers, and unfortunately, your team has not met my expectations in this regard. Equally concerning is the apparent lack of skills and expertise among your team members. A car transfer should be a straightforward process, yet I have encountered multiple issues that should have been handled with competence and efficiency. This has left me with a feeling that your company may not be well-equipped to handle such tasks. Moreover, its disheartening to note that while Shift Rental readily takes money from customers, the same level of urgency and commitment is not reciprocated when it comes to providing assistance and resolving issues. It appears that your company is more focused on financial transactions than ensuring customer satisfaction and problem resolution. In summary, my experience with Shift Rental has been far from satisfactory. Shift Car rental are my go-to solution. They can supply a range of cars at short notice and organise delivery and collection without a fuss. I have been renting cars in different periods of time in Dubai over 13 years with different companies, and I can say without doubt that Shift is the BEST. They have been super professional even before I became a client and I was just asking for information. Then, as a client, it doesnt matter if it is a technical request, invoicing or any other, they are always really attentive, nice and helpful. My only regret is not having known about then earlier, as the other companies were really unprofessional and with Shift Rental is all smooth and easy! Excellent online delivery & pick up service. Peace of mind one month rental through Online Shift Car rental, fulfilled by RAK branch. Ms Ederlyn from the online sales team was very informative through her messages and gave excellent rental price. Car received was literally brand new with only 100k on the clock.
