They told me VAT included and SALIK (highway fee) too. Blocked a deposit on my credit card and did not return that. Later said i received some speeding tickets and they also deduct VAT and SALIK. It s just a bunch of thieves, stay away from them, you can find same cars they offer (exactly same) by other rentals that are more serious.
