Very good, polite, helpful, commited, honest people. They really do what they promise. Cars are clean, good condition, better prices than the airport, good fleet of cars. They are highly commited regarding the pay back of the insurance deposit unless u didnt do any traffic/Salik fees I highly recommend and will rent again from then once i visit Dubai again

I rented a car here for 12 days in mid-February. I wrote to this company via messenger, we agreed on the rental terms and the car was delivered to my hotel. Due to well-known events, I could not provide a working credit card, so I left a deposit in cash, today I received it back minus a fine for speeding and payment for toll roads (sent via contact ). The car was produced in 2022 and is in good condition. I recommend this company; anyone who is currently having problems with their cards can contact you with confidence - everything is fair.

The worst ever experience I had in Dubai. Never think of dealing with such unprofessional business holder. They are super-slow in answering customer inquiries. They are not opened 24/7 by the way. After long journey of dialogue, they asked me to wait for their employees for 2 HOURS because they went for prayer break !! If you want to waste your time and loss your temper just deal with them!!!

I have had very good experiences with the company. We asked the night before if we could have the car the next morning for a week. Although it was outside the opening hours, they answered immediately and everything worked out. Furthermore, we were able to extend the car just as spontaneously and without problems. We were also taken to the airport. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. I can only recommend!
