I do not recommend this car rental company. Like other comments, my experience was not great. They were really quick to sign me up as a client and I thought it applies to everything, however, when the car was delivered it was very dirty and with little petrol. It took a while until they acknowledged my communication, then I was promised a new car. However, this promise was not fulfilled, they started ignoring me, then the excuse was that operations manager who deals with these issues is on leave, so that never happened until I needed to return the car. Getting the deposit back was even harder, no communications being acknowledged for weeks and complete ignore. After constant attempts to reach to them after nearly 2 months I received my deposit back.

Car was average, service was very good with collection and delivery but 6 weeks after I returned the car still no deposit refund. Impossible to get a straight answer out of anyone. Rest assured when I am back in Dubai in 6 weeks I will paying them a visit. Other people may not be as lucky so I suggest using a company more reputable.

Unfortunately a very unpleasant experience. We rented a JACS3 which was meant to be delivered at 10:30am. By 11:30am I started to call and ask why the car hasn t be delivered yet. To my surprise he immediately hung up on me when he realised that I was the person waiting for the car. I kept ringing and they just wouldn t answer my calls so I tried from another number where they immediately answered. Once I had identified myself again they would hung up the phone again unbelievable!!! I threatened to involve the police via whatsapp when they finally called me back saying the car wasn t available because it was Sunday and they wouldn t release the car from the garage??! 10 minutes later they claimed the car then had to go through oil service??. They assured to bring another car for the day and would replace it with the car we actually booked the very next day. The same day a Kia Sonet arrived at around 1pm. The next day I called to follow up at what time they would bring the car that we booked which btw is also slightly more expensive than the one they gave us. As expected no answer again and no answer to my messages either. Absolutely unbelievable. We got a car that we didn t order and we re basically forced to keep it for 12 days. This was the third car I rented with this company. After this experience it will definitely be the last!!!

Avoid at all costs. Bad service. They will not respond if there is a problem. When I was booking the car, they were very responsive and promised car will be delivered in 1-2 hours. After payment was done, they have just stopped responding. Edit: problem with this company continues - I have returned car for more than 2.5 months now. They are quick to respond on whatsapp, the car arrived nice and clean and the deposit money were returned without any issues, after sending an email to the company (21 days from returning the car. ) The only inconvenience was that the car was delivered few hours later than what we discussed previously. I strongly advise against engaging with this car rental company; even giving them a one-star review feels like too much. Do not expect them to answer the phone if you encounter any problems. I have never encountered a car rental service like this in any country before. The staff completely disregards even the simplest questions, including basic information like the cars location and estimated arrival time. Initially, the driver assured me that the car would arrive within 30 minutes, but now they are also ignoring my attempts to contact them. And don t expect to receive a refund.

I have never experienced such rude customer service from a male Employee X. I was told I would have a car delivered to me from 10AM-12PM as I had an appointment in Abu Dhabi that day. I tried contacting the company and they would not answer my messages nor did they respect the time they appointed for car delivery. Not only did I miss my very important appointment because the car did not arrive during the designated time, but when I called them to try to explain that they were very late in delivery, Employee X began screaming at me saying there were other customers ahead of us even though at this point they were already one hour late. When it was clear I missed my appointment I called them to calmly ask for a refund, again, Employee X started screaming at me accusing me of being a tourist and not knowing anything . I had to travel to all their branches in Dubai to try to come to a reasonable solution. Fortunately the other employees in this company were helpful. DON T RENT A CAR HERE! We got a car that had no emergency breaks! We almost had a huge accident because the car wouldn t stop at a red light. THIS COMPANY IS PUTTING THE LIVES OF ITS CLIENTS AT RISK. I rented a car for two days. Deva was the one who assisted me. Deva was very helpful with very good service and a lot of patience. He waited for me after closing hours and made sure that I received the car that I booked. The car was delivered to my hotel as agreed. The car was very good, clean and comfortable. Responded instantly, a accommodated requests at short notice, including changing the vehicle (not due to fault, personal choice) within a couple of hours. Kin of Rental Cars is amazing and super helpful when making the car booking. Sadly, that cannot be said of Amjad, who is rude and unhelpful when we requested a change of a car that was not mechanically sound - he kept lying and ignoring our calls and requests to take a car that had a yellow light on when it was delivered and made noises when going over bumps. Avoid Amjad if you can. I do not plan to use this car rental again.

The car was delivered well in time....the very next day I complained about the mobile charging port which was not working as that is a must what you require if you are new in town and using maps on your phone....I was given the contact number of operations head but even that guy was not interested in resolving the issue....I again contacted the staff after waiting for 4 days and told them that the car was not in a good condition as it had a lot of engine noise in the cabin...and it was misfiring too....the staff told me that they would follow up for that...but since then no response from them and I have left couple of messages to hand them over the car.....but no reply

I ve had three car rentals with this company (one long term for nearly a year, and two short terms), and it is by far the most professional car rental service I have come across. The staff is incredible, the rates are great, and the service is top notch. Here s the story from this last week: I needed a car for 24 hours very last minute. I contacted Deva around 3PM (she is the wonderful rep who helps me with bookings), and she was able to arrange and get a car dropped off to me by 5:30pm. Not sure how they do it, but it almost feels like they just have cars on every corner of Dubai waiting for you how efficient they are. When I got home and got out of the car, I noticed that the break lights remained on even though the car was switched off. I then realized they remained on even while driving and suspected that the car had a mechanical issue which was overlooked. I contacted Deva again (this was already 7PM so well after her work hours), and she responded right away and connected me to the operations manager right away. They were able to source a replacement for me right away, and had the new car to me by 9:30pm. The new car was dropped off to me by Nasir. Nasir finishes his shift at 6pm, and he still came and brought me a new car that late and was still so incredibly friendly and professional at that hour. Things happen - but what sets a company apart is how they react and handle these situations. Beyond impressed by them and will continue to use and refer them!

So far, so good. My process from discovery to getting a car delivered to my location was less than an hour - thanks to Mr. Dale and his prompt service. He was helpful, quick to respond, and accommodating of my needs. And answered all my questions with complete transparency. The car was clean and in great condition as well.
