Overall very satisfied with the service and communication with hiring the car. Would recommend. Only frustrating aspect is trying to claim my deposit, having followed the recovery steps and emailed 2x well within the specified working days claim. Worst company- I would suggest to AVOID IT. We received the car one day late (and a different one), very poor communication with the company. And currently after more than one month we are still waiting for the refund. No answer to our WhatsApp messages so most likely will need to seek legal advice. Great communication with Shyam who always replied my enquiries promptly. We arrived in Dxb without a booking but Shyam was able to arrange a car model we wanted to be delivered within hours. While the car had some cosmetic damages (dents, scratches and stains) when we received it, Shyam took note of it and was apologetic. The car served us really well for the 2 weeks and pickup was arranged promptly as well. We just returned the car yesterday and we hope to have no issues with the deposit refund. I was helped by Shyam Shekhar and I am extremely pleased with the service I got. I needed car the next day for 6 months, Shyam helped pick out the best option in my budget and the whole process was very seamless. The next day the car got delivered on time, the car is in very good condition. We are now 2/3 weeks down the line and I really hope that the rest of the process will be just as good!

So unprofessional!! Guys, if you dont want to lose your money and waste your time, never book with them! I booked a car for business purposes in advance and confirmed the date, time, and location for the delivery. Everything was confirmed and the payment was settled. But at the time of the delivery, I couldnt reach them, and I received a response an hour later, only to find out that the booked car was not available. I canceled the whole booking as I needed the same car, so I had to search for it somewhere else. Now, after a week I received a refund for less than what I paid and apparently, the missing amount is for bank charges. Avoid the headache and do not rent with them.

They were an hour late for drop off, my wife had to take a taxi to the hospital where she was then late for her appointment. They brought the wrong car, It was in a horrendous state interior and exterior, the fuel tank was empty. The drop off driver then messaged me an hour later demanding I come back and drop off a spare tire he left in the trunk. Then on pick up day they showed up 2 hours early and took the car. Furthermore the 21 day deposit return policy is just them hoping you will forget, the amount of emails and messages I sent was outrageous. Just pay a bit more and go through AVIS. On a positive note the man who helped me book the car was a star, he should take his skills else where.

I ve rented a car with Amex Car Rental and i was happy with their services..the car was nice and clean, brand new, they communicate well and quick, and the Deposit was returned in time and without hustle. The only inconvenience was that the car arrived a few hours later than what we ve discussed on the phone, but it was really short notice on my side. If u have strict plans, make sure to reserve ur car at least a day in advance. Overall, a good experience! And i would chose them again if i would have to rent again.

The web site is misleading. When you select and call ones you go over all vehicles. They send you a separate list of vehicles saying the one we selected is not available. Atleast you can keep it as it is but mentioned currently not available. So that we know and we can select from what ever is available. Anyways this is my opinion. I rented a car and I have been chasing the company to come and pick up the car for many days. One of their agents said you can keep the car!!! The second one said you will wait for me whenever I come I will pick it up unless you will have to pay extra charge. The last one after a few days said call me in the morning I will come and pick it up and then the next morning he was rejecting my calls. Outstanding service. We needed to rent a car for a month. These guys delivered a new Kia Sonet door to door. Eventually we had to extend our booking for another month and it was easily arranged. The guy came to our location to collect the payment and saved us the time. After the lease was over they conveniently returned the deposit to the stated bank account. Terrible service, we asked for it to be brought to us at 10:30, it arrived at 12:30. The car is full of scratches, it shows that the tire is deflated, he gave it to us in reserve. That we had to go out of our way to hand him over, we finally reached an agreement that they would come for him at 12 and they wouldnt come for him until 2 oclock. We talk to them and they ignore us. I paid for the car I have requested via link sent by the company and agreed that the car will be delivered next day 11:30 am, they showed up at 1:35 pm with a different car not the one I wanted. AC isnt working properly plus the tire is totally deflated. I called them to replace it because it was not my order. evening they brought another car same model I requested but it was broken from the sides and scratched everywhere. Overall, renting a car with them from November to February was a decent experience. The sedan and SUV we rented were delivered on time and in a clean condition. The only minor issue was with the Apple CarPlay feature in the third car, which wasnt working properly. While it wasnt a major letdown, it would have been more convenient if it had worked correctly. On the positive side, the deposit fee refund was processed promptly, within a month of returning the car. Just be sure to reach out to them yourself to follow up on the refund, as they may not proactively contact you.

Amex Car rental has been the only Rent a car company i have been using since 2020. i have experienced quite some good services from Mr. Nemuel and Mr. Tahir. they process and deliver on time and makes sure you are happy. they listen to you keenly whenever you call for any complain, of course sometimes human being must complain. i will happily share Nemuel and Tahirs contact to anyone looking to renting a car. However, i have one issue really pertinent, and i wish that the owner of this amazing company can see my comment and worry and ofcourse address it. This guy called Amjad is a total mess to this company. He is in the operations but he will never respond to messages nor calls. even when he does after several push, he makes promises and never acts on the promises. what a total mess ! why would someone who calls himself an operation manager find it difficult to meet up to clients expectations? shouldnt he be replaced for this business to grow? i wonder why people occupy position and does not deliver as required, it is sad. i send him messages on whatsapp he reads and ignores. what a shame on someones business. I wish there was Zero rating so I can give it to them! even the positive reviews they got looks like scam as mostly from China and looks paid. They gave me worst car with tire punctured and rain viper not working. I could not drive the car even for one week even though I paid for a month. They didnt replace the car and denied refund. I paid AED 3000 for a sub standard car and never had such a horrible experience with rental cars. The management is worst when you try to get in touch with them. Robbery. 2 months later I am still waiting to get my deposit back. They even tried to scam me before returning the car by telling me that I was returning the car 1h late and that I had to pay extra, but I actually ended my rental 1 day earlier than planned (and of course they did not refund for that). On top of that, they refused to check the car with me in the beginning, arguing that they only provide cars in good state (but the driver tried to accuse me of damaging the car, thankfully I had taken pictures). Fantastic service from Rental Cars UAE. The car we hired was delivered to our hotel and the car was the most ideal for our needs and length of stay, 30 days. This was real value for money. On departure, we left the car at our hotel as we had an early morning flight to catch and the time was not convinient with Car Rental opening hours. We texted them all details and they came to pick the car at the hotel. Effectively efficient service that left us with no worries of handing back the car. 10 out 10. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to hire a car. Impressive payment method of either credit card, online or debit card. This is a big star for them as most car rental companies in UAE only ask for credit cards for payment . Not every potential client has a credit card. They go far and beyond to satisfy their customers. Caution!!!! CHEATER! FORMER Amex Car Rental with the badest reviews, now they changed their name. Booked and payed a new Hyundai Tucson and they brought an old and much smaller Hyundai Creta with almost no tire profile. They offer cars they dont have. This car rental is the badest ive ever seen. Booked and payed for 10 days. But got no car. Please be careful!!!! Police and Dubai Consumer is informed!!!

The car rental experience this time was very good. The person who contacted me was Kin, who clearly told me the specific car rental information, and after I paid the rent and deposit, he soon arranged for someone to deliver the car to me, probably a car Better car, the car drives very well, the experience is very good, next time I will contact Kin to rent a car, he also promises that the deposit will be refunded after 14-21 days, I hope everything goes well

I v booked a car Kia sportage S87859, the navigation never worked, same as the back camera, the screen was stuck with Korean presentation page. I v contact the car rental office but they didnt do nothing to propose to me another car. No compensation either. And I m still waiting to get back my deposit. I v tried to contact them by WhatsApp... no answer I v tried to write on the address that they gave it to me at the beginning. No answer, the address is unavailable. Same when I tried to send an mail by the Website. I Need help to have my deposit back and forget this nightmare. I booked a car nobody contact me. They dont answer to the call even on the emergency number. Same for the chat. Totally useless Hoping somebody ll delevery my car for tomorrow morning or I ll lose money, time and the most interesting part of my holiday. They took my money but they didnt make the job I called you at all the numbers that you have and no one answered to me. At least a bot with some no sens question As your phone number And as soon I gave nothing was working anymore. So please dont tell me that I have to call to this number because I didnt for more than 1 hour and my hotel will charge me because of your pour help assistance. Something is not working and tomorrow morning I ll go to rent cars downtown to have my car because your are not honoring your commitments. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They have ignored all my emails and whatsapp messages to return my deposit. This is 1000 AED or $400 in my local currency. Ive been trying for months to get any dialouge going but they will not return any message. Ive had to reach out to a lawyer to try and resolve this. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. Go to any other car rental company in dubai.

This is AMEX Car Rental dressed up as another company. Avoid. Every single car I have had rented from them had an issue. First car was a Hyundai Accent the battery went flat after a day. Second car was a Kia Picanto, the battery went flat after having had the battery replaced twice in the space of 3 weeks and there was an issue with the brake lights . Then the third car, my tyre went flat on the road and the spare tyre they gave me was faulty as the valve was broken. I couldnt even take that car onto the highway if I wanted to. This is negligent and they are putting customers in danger on the roads as they do not maintain their cars. Their emergency hotline number is rubbish and you are passed from pillar to post because no one wants to take accountability. They do not care for the customer safety and take forever to return a deposit back to you unless you literally hound them. Seriously do not spend your money here unless you want your life to be endangered.

I hired a Mercedes G63 in olive green color which was hard to find but their friendly agents went out of their way. The car arrived with sanitized stickers so I felt safe to drive it with family and kids. The entire process was paperless which I really liked. I would recommend renting from them as I could tell it is a professional company with c9oerative staff.

I was looking for cheap rent a car deals in Dubai and found them on Google. Since it was late I sent an inquiry at 11 pm and surprisingly got a call from their customer service within 5 minutes. The vehicle was clean and their drivers were friendly to drop it off. Over all it was a good experience. I will be renting from them in future as well. It seems to me that they have a great variety of cars with flexibility in finding cheapest prices for car rental in Dubai.

!!!!!DO NOT TRUST UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!! They tell you they will return your deposit within 15 to 20 days. They also tell you they can return it to the card you payed for it with. Both are lies. Do not trust this company under and circumstances. When it came time to refund my deposit, I had to chase them after 30 days. Their excuse was they couldnt transfer it to my account because it was a credit card. After ASSURING me they could many times. There was no call and no communications. They were just going to keep my money. It has now been 40 days and I am still waiting for my refund. I would estimate 80% of their reviews on Google for this company are fake. You only have to look at the fake photos. All the cars are beaten up and old. Mine had spray paint all over it covering the scrapes and scratches and within the first 10 days the battery died leaving me stranded. It is totally worth spending the little bit extra and going to a REAL hire car company. Not some idiotic half a$$ed hacks trying to make money on the side.

I like the car it was good and clean, the staffs were friendly and helpful. The delievery was fast also the pick up at the end of renting. HOWEVER, Im so disappointed because I didnt get my security deposite which Im suppose to get 15 days ago. Some reviews they had mintion delay in returning the S.deposit but I didnt believe it. A lot of these reviews are fake. I investigated the other reviews of your so called clients... Its strange that these people wrote 6 reviews or more for UAE car rental companies in January 2018 but have never reviewed a company since. Some reviewers even jump between German, French, Dutch and English etc depending if its a German restaurant or French cafe etc...they managed to visit a random cafe in Florida, a car rental in the UAE, a restaurant in Germany all within the same time period. Even more ironic, a lot of them seem to have attended the same restaurants, car rentals as eachother and wrote glowing reviews.
