The best, most trustworthy rental car company in Dubai. I have rented maybe 10-12 different cars from these guys over the past 4 years I ve been in Dubai. Always great selection of vehicles, and even better customer service and support. If you need them for any issues with the car they will be there super fast. Too many scammers and poor vehicles from car rental companies in Dubai, so I would strongly recommend anyone to use these guys for great service, price and piece of mind.

Besides the real affordable price for the car, the owner was probably one of the kindest and genuine man I met in my life. After Dubai went through the storm, the car steering broke down and he immediately found a way to replace the car (and delivered it straight to my place). Also no issue at all with deposit refund (not as many rental companies in dubai). Highly recommend. (photo 1 first car, photo 2 replacement car)

Verona Car - is the BEST excellent service quick delivery of the car refund of deposit on time in touch at any time of the day trusted company The guys are very good, they know their job! We booked one car, but apparently it was extended and we were given for another car of higher class for the same price. The deposit was refunded with crypto - which means on time and very fast. Special thanks to the manager Fadi - he was in touch with us at any time of the day and night. Fadi was always ready to help, he told us about paid and free parking, how to pay in order to avoid a fine. We were given a child seat for free - other companies give it for an extra fee by the way On the last day, as we were handing over the car - manager Fadi kindly drove us to the airport So, in next time in Dubai we would definitely go to Verona Car

I rented a car through Mr. Fadi on very short notice for one month (July-Aug). Within 15 mins our transaction was complete through both watsapp and a quick phone call. I had the car in 2 hours after it was properly serviced and cleaned. I got a good, well maintained car along with very good, friendly service. I rented a CLA for two days, the car was in good condition, not trash but not new, it was delivered on time, but returning the car was not easy, a man had to come and when I called him he said that he was having lunch and would come pick up the car in two hours But this is all lyrics, the car is more or less, the service is also normal, they respond to messages quickly enough, but the most important thing is that they returned the deposit in cryptocurrency exactly 21 days later, this is the most important thing because in Dubai every second person puts in a deposit, here everything is fair P.S. I had to pay $40 for toll roads (in some rentals they are included in the rental price, this needs to be taken into account (we went to Abu Dhabi))
