Everything was fine, until the car broke down. Something in the suspension broke, and we waited more than 3 hours, though we were only 45 min away from Dubai. When we returned the second car, the owner wanted us to pay for the damage. We discussed the break down and there were nothing we could have done, to avoid the break down, and therefore I could not see, why we should pay. He agreed and everything was fine. But - the deposit was never refunded, so in the end, we paid the damage. Dont ever trust the owner or the company, he will cheat you if he can

It took 3 months of HOUNDING this company to get my deposit back. I had to repeatedly contact a number of different people in this company. They passed me from one person to the next, changed their phone numbers and lied repeatedly. I returned the car in perfect condition but I had to beg for my deposit back. Such a disappointing experience.
