Scam alert your credit card is not safe with them. Do block your card immediately after returning car if atal you take their sevice. A week after returning car without any notification they make transaction on my husband credit card and when called they say fuel was less. Even if little less if driver had infomed would have topped up more fuel and returned as we rented for two days but returned within 29hr and had already refueled for 40aed. Had already paid 110aed for delivering and pickup from location. Also while taking car back driver told car had some scratch or bumper loose we told it was already that way only...when we called first driver who gave car and he confirmed too about damages then they immediately agreed.Do take video of car when they hand over so it is proof. If any charges are pending it would be ethical to call inform and send payment link before abruptly deducting charges.

Ive been loyal customer for quick lease every time i rented a car even recommending it to all my friends and even my family because of the good service and rate cudos on that. But i wish they give me a consideration for that tiny scratch like an ant and no dent you will see the photo below look for it.. Scratch that maybe from the small stone when i drove on the road or what but not caused by careless driving ,accident or someone intentionally scratch the car. Last time , someone tripped the car while it was parked, it was scratched and had a dent, I paid for it. And every time I exceeded the kilometer limit I paid also that was okay.However this time I cant accept that I paid for the dot scratch. They charge me 150 aed plus vat for this tiny shallow scratch i wish they consider it. Its not even visible so why to charge me that much for that it should not be like that. Its unfair and unacceptable for me and even for anyone who is in my position will not accept this... Just hope it will not happen to others.. Lasty, I will never rent a car from your company again because im afraid to get unacceptable charges that according to your aligned standard procedure for the scratch like a DOT again. Hope you will really review this matter internally and make actions into it.. Thanks

The worst car rental agency I have tested in Dubai. He parks at the other end of the airport when picking up the car, he wants us to pay for parking (this is the first time a rental agency has asked us to pay for parking in Dubai). He gave us the car with defective windshield wipers, no windshield washer fluid. After our stay they never returned the deposit to me (Ive been waiting for more than a month) and on top of that they took back 268 from me without warning me or giving me any explanations. I have to harass them on WhatsApp to get some semblance of an explanation and still... they ignore half of my messages. I am really hesitant to report them to the Dubai Police.

I left for Dubai on August 1st, I rented from August 1st to 12th. When I arrived I got the car with my friend and his family. On the second day the agency cancels the car rental without valid reason. My friend managed to rent another car from another agency. Competitor, it went very well, but the problem is he refuses to refund the security deposit as well as the rental of the car. Horrible service and horrible employees Dont deal with this agency They keep charging my credit card even after I told them not to because I go there every month and pay there. Nobody is listening, they keep promising that they will not charge the card and keep apologizing and in the end they do the same thing. Last month I paid at the branch in the morning, and by afternoon, I received a message from my bank that they are trying to charge my card again for the same amount that I paid already. Scammers!!! *Warning: Quick Lease Rental Review* I strongly advise against renting a car from Quick Lease Rental due to their subpar customer service, unskilled and arrogant staff, and questionable business practices. After being involved in a car accident, it took them two days to provide a replacement vehicle, despite my repeated follow-ups. The excuse given was we dont have another car available, which raises concerns about their capacity to operate as a rental company. Upon returning the car, I dealt with Junaid, who was unprofessional and unhelpful. When I requested compensation for the two days without a car, I was told to contact Operations, which seemed like a brush-off. Furthermore, I discovered that Quick Lease Rental had charged me twice for the rental, resulting in an extra transaction on my account. After chasing few calls i was told there is a fine , when requested to provide a pi ture of thid incdent told to contact Dubai Police and request a picture of the fine, which was never provided. What a pathetic excuse and how can I obtain a picture of fine when I am not even a authorised person on this vehicle. Overall, my experience with Quick Lease Rental was disappointing and frustrating. Their lack of transparency, poor customer service, and unprofessional staff make them unworthy of consideration for car rental needs.

Be Cautious When Renting Here I had a disappointing experience with this company. I rented a car for two days with full insurance coverage. The car was delivered to me with a few small scratches, but nothing major. When they came to pick up the car, I spoke to the driver, and we both agreed that everything was in good condition. However, a day later, I received an email with pictures showing scratches that looked more like smudges or soap marks definitely not there when the car was picked up. I reached out to customer service and spoke with Mr. Yosuf Khan through email, but unfortunately, despite my efforts, they charged my card for the damages. Another thing to be aware of: they will take your card details from the day they deliver the car, and it seems like they might charge you for damages without proper communication. This review is just a heads-up to future renters. While I tried to resolve this with them, it seems they may charge you regardless. Make sure to take detailed pictures of the car yourself before handing it over, even if the staff says everything is fine.

Guys were very professional and quick. On second booking I got almost a brand new car :), so very happy with that. The only suggestion that I have is to have one person collecting and delivering the car when extending the rent, but changing the car. It would make it a bit easier, and saves time. However highly recommended.

I had a great experience with QuickLease. They were very supportive, delivered the car on time as agreed, and there were no hidden fees. Everything was clearly communicated upfront. I was given the option to either leave a security deposit or sign an agreement allowing them to deduct any fines reported by the RTA after my reservation ended. I highly recommend QuickLease, as long as youre aware of the potential risks.

Review Updated on 04-09-2024: They refunded my deposit on the 30th day :) --------------------------------------------- My insurance arranged the rent a car through quicklease. The way they responded over the calls and WhatsApp made me feel like they were professionals. Car was delivered to the location in the promised time. The car was new and neat. There was an issue with the door sensor and when the complaint was made, they replaced the car in the very next day. The person who came with the replacement car was inspecting the car and pointing at the existing minor scratches as if I made it. Luckily, i took a video when the car was delivered and showed him the scratches on that video. Rent a car companies normally keep a hold on the deposit amount, and it will be released after 2 or 3 weeks once the car is released. Quicklease has actually claimed the amount instead of keeping hold, which meant I had to pay this amount when I got the statement. The staff said the refund will be processed in 2 weeks time, but the office said its 30 days as per their policy. Waiting for the refund now.

The reason I am giving a bad review is because Id made 3 months contract and additionally chosen the (optional) maximum insurance package with them. The penalty for exiting before time was set 1 month rental fee. I had to break the contract for personal reasons, and I paid the penalty rental amount. However, they also charged for the optional maximum insurance I had chosen. In my opinion this was not agreed or fair by any means. The max insurance is not rental, it is an added option. Theyd returned my deposit in time but deducted the max insurance cost from that. Apart from that I have no complains. I would have given a better review otherwise.

This Car Rental Company provides clean and well maintained cars for you with very affordable price. I am well satisfied with their service hand overing the units on time. I had booked a car for my stay in Dubai, but upon arrival, the driver was not there to meet me, and I had to wait for 30 minutes in the unpleasant conditions of high humidity. When he finally arrived, I had to search for him to find him. Upon receiving the car, there was a very unpleasant smell. The next day, I had a business meeting, but the car wouldn t start, and I had to wait until it was fixed, which resulted in the meeting being canceled. It was the worst experience of my life, and I do not recommend using this company. - I rented a car through your website with reservation number G38390769 from August 27th to August 30th. I was in contact with the company to have the driver at the airport by 12:00, but he was 30 minutes late, leaving me waiting in extremely high humidity. When I received the car, it had a very unpleasant smell. The following day, I had a business meeting, but the car broke down. After numerous attempts to contact the company and a long wait, someone was finally sent to fix the problem, which forced me to cancel my meeting. Upon returning to my country, I discovered that an amount of more than 2,300 dirhams had been deducted, even though the rental was 147 dirhams and the insurance amount was 1,500 dirhams. My experience was extremely bad, and I feel I was scammed.

Very good services and responsive call center and new cars. Two things need to be considered, the deposit takes a long time to return (30 days), which should be 7-10 days as per the other companies. And the cars should be tinted, there are new rules allow the rented cars to be tinted 20-30% max due to the overheated weather. The untinted cars can not be driven during the day.

Serious and efficient car rental. We rented a small car in Dubai, so we could travel around Abu Dhabi independently. The delivery was carried out directly by one of their employees at our hotel, a day earlier than booked, without any problem, while the return took place at the airport (which saved us from having to take a taxi).
