Was a good experience overall with this company. Brother zeeshan was very respectful and was lovely doing business with him. Slight mishap regarding the car requiring engine coolant which I had to buy but overall service by this company was great. Farook was helpful in bringing the car and taking it upon request. Great experience overall and reliable company.

One of the best service i ever had i called to ask advice for suggestions to which car to rent before planning to buy my new car and i had the opportunity to talk through the phone with the owner of the company MR HASAN whom intentions were genuinely to help chose the car i wanted to through compassion and understanding before even trying to rent me one of his cars from his deep passion and knowledge and recommendation i end up buying the car which i own now and because of that i will always be grateful to him. He put me first before his business ! I then decided to also rent one of his cars the MAZDA CX5 which i had a great experience for one whole month driving it! Also i had a great experience with FAROOQ which works for the company for many years and has a very deep knowledge regarding cars and helped me a lot through out the process with so much humility i feel so lucky to have found this rental place knowing that not all rental places are reliable here in Dubai. I would like again to thank Mr Hasan and Farooq for their help, support and patience they had with me with any question i had.

Farook . I can t emphasize on how grateful I am for how smooth he has made the entire process. I contacted Farook at 3 am in desperate need of a car, and he replied as soon as he got the chance. Not only did he reply, he assured me that I would have the car of my choice (he has tons of options) in front of my doorstep within hours. It would be a shame for someone to rent a car from a franchise when there s service like this available out there. The customer service was impeccable. When I come back to Dubai, Farook will definitely be the one I contact. Farook is extremely honest as well.
