Rented a McLaren for 1 day, they have a limit 250 kms per 24 hours. The car had an issue with the driver window (making weird noises) also the breaks were making loud squeaking noise every time. So clearly the car needed maintenance. They are the CHEAPEST based on my research and with CHEAP prices comes cheap services 2- I paid Aed 5000 as a deposit. They promised to return the deposit after 21 days, which is fair and I agreed to it. Now I kept messaging the person on a daily basis after the 21 days and he gave me so many excuses about banks not working!! But after 27 days he decided to return the money CASH because it is easier for him. I was already back in Canada!! I asked many times to deposit the money to my account and provided details, he refused and was very rude. I had a friend in Sharjah (thank god) he took the cash and transferred it. Which resulted in exchange and transfer fees and I lost more money. 3- Also, when I received the car I got it 3/4 of the gas tank, when I returned it was a little bit under this (I asked the person to come with me and refill it and he said no it s nothing and won t charge). This car rental company charged Aed150 for gas and salik charges which was way less than half of this amount. They didn t let me know about the deductions until the day they gave cash to my friend. 4- Customer Services was very good until he received payment and car back. I can t add screenshots of the conversation here for some reason. But here are some phrases he used with me. You unde English give me someone contact to give them cash, that s all I told you will deduct 150 the rest will receive, that s all Otherwise he would always answer very quickly and discuss the matter. Guys if you choose to go with this person, go ahead. But you will have a headache, and don t trust the people he send because clearly they don t know anything about this business. Also, I went to their office on a weekday which was closed and no one there. I expected to have a dealership or garage but they have a small office in a business building.

We rented an amazing Mclaren from Prestige Exotic Car Rental for our stay in Dubai and the experience was 10/10. It was the best day ever! Communication from the beginning with the business was fantastic, and pick up and drop off was a dream! We highly recommend Prestige. We spoke to many other rental car companies but no one was as attentive to us as Prestige. We highly recommend this company for exotic car rental services, and will use them again when we visit Dubai! We felt like royalty! Can t wait to come back and try another exotic car. Thank you.

AMAZING SERVICE! We rented the gorgeous McLaren 720S it is two tone red and black. Afsar was very accommodating and professional. I highly recommend PRESTIGE. My husband and I had an excellent time in Dubai thanks to Afsar and Prestige Exotic Car Rental.

Prestige Exotic Car Rental is the best. Afsar got me all the way right. I had my eyes on a Lamborghini, but I m glad he recommended and sent me pictures of the McLaren 720S. It was absolutely perfect. All the staff at Prestige were amazing to deal with, outgoing, responded quickly on WhatsApp, and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend Prestige to anyone looking for the best exotic rentals in Dubai.

A dream come true through Prestige Car. Fast and practical service, the best price for a Lamborghini in Dubai that I could get. Congratulations to the Prestige Car team in Dubai! One detail to avoid being taken by surprise, there is a deposit that you need to make on your credit card as a guarantee, and the result was that they left me with a loss of more than R$2,000 because they didnt refund it directly via the card, they went to make a remittance by Wester Union paying fees, taxes, IOF and exchange loss. I was at a loss.

Don t rent from them, worst costumer service and the way they treat vip costumers is really bad, rented a g63 for 1 month and when I extended for 1 week they treated me so bad to make payment ASAP calling me 20 times a day it s like I m gonna run away, in the end he said I will call the police and I will never give you a car - these ppl don t deserve to be working for a company damaging their reputation

We booked the Rolls Royce Ghost for the F1 in Abu Dhabi from Dubai, it was so easy to book and the price on every car this company has won t be beaten. I was picked up from outside my hotel the driver was really professional and well mannered. We got to the Formula one with such ease I didn t want to get out of the car it was that good! The journey back was also amazing as we were picked from right outside the W hotel in the middle of the F1 track. This was my first time hiring from PRESTIGE ECR and it won t be my last. Many thanks guys for such an amazing experience!

Hi everyone, We rented a Rolls Royce Dawn through Prestige Exotic Car in October 2019. It was in all aspects a really good experience. The communication was always prompt. Punctual delivery and pick up. The car was absolutely stunning, there was no trouble with payments or return of deposit etc. I can highly recommend them.
