3rd class service especially 3rd class customer care center. Cars are smelly and very old. I couldn t get my money back even after 2months of deposit with their claim of getting back in 3 week. Suggest not to use this useless service

They told me that they will give car for 70dhs / day when I call to their number and once I went to their office, they changed the price to 126 and telling me that we dont have any cars for 70. And the front desk lady even dont know how to treat their costumer. I left their shop because of their behaviour and they lied me. Totally disappointed service .

Pay attention!! I do not recommend booking with them at all. They asked me to pay a deposit of 1000 riyals on 04/08/2023 and it was not refunded to me. I waited 42 days after the car was delivered and it was not returned to me, knowing that they made it clear that I could get it back after 21 days.! Pay attention!! Do not hire any car from them . The deposit never comes back. Once they take 1000dhs as a deposit , they mention within 21 working days it will get refunded automatically but it does not until it is initiated from their end . And yeah as usual they forget to refund it to your account. You d have to call them a million times for them to action a refund and no idea what happens , but you just don t get your money back. Also, the cars are not that great of a condition. There are better rent a car companies with cheaper prices that offer better and new cars!

When there is doubt, there is no doubt. When I wanted to look at the damage on the car before validating the contract, the person kept insisting that I sign the contract quickly. In the end, they charged me for a damaged fender that was probably already damaged. The cars at home are in poor condition, they go so far as to put black felt on the lights. Bunch of scammers, may god send you to hell!

Do not hire from here unless you don t want your deposit back. They took my deposit and charged me 130 AED on top for late drop off and fuel . I dropped it off at correct time, and put fuel in. They charged my card after a week after I returned it. I have screenshots of messages to prove it and then after I they admitted they were in the wrong, they offered me discount on future rental but no refund of the money they STOLE. Do not hire from here.
