Do not waste your time booking a car with this company. Staff are incompetent. It took 3 days to arrange for booking and at the end I was told car is no longer available. Nina is absolutely useless and doesn t care at all about customer service. She proudly said sorry we have too many clients and prioritise monthly bookings, first come first serve . Absolutely time waster!!!

the worst sales rep. I contacted this company and they dropped the call thrice, on purpose. Managed to speak to a customer rep and forwarded to sales, then the sales indian guy whoever that is, felt like he wanted to end the call immediately, said my requirement is not available, gave me a high quote, and sounded as if he did not want to work anymore. This company obviously has too many customers it does not want any more. Doesnt deserve even a single star.

Very good service! A special thanks to #abdul waheed for arranging the car on priority basis in a short notice. They are very reasonable in terms of price and quite flexible with customers. I actually got my car delivered outside their office hours (at around 9 PM) when I was in need. So I have been renting a Kia Picanto since April, and my to-go person is Suneet. What a remarkable experience, its been 8 months, and all I can say is these guys are one of the most sweetest and supportive. Their service team is also very courteous. I have been using Paramount since 2010 and I will always choose PRAMOUNT for their dedicated services, also have to mention in emergency situation they will always try to please customer with a with positive answer. I started with the relationship with Paramount when Manoj visited us in my office and I am very proud to say that I still rent their vehicles for work purpose n my personal until now. I would also like to mention Waheed and Pradeep for their co-ordination and smooth delivery of vehicles. There are never any hidden charges unlike so many other car hire companies that I have had experience with and the cars are always clean and relatively new. Fantastic. I rented a car with paramount for around a year and they were excellent and charge reasonable prices for car rentals. Any queries and issues were addressed and resolved urgently and the customer service was first class. A special mention to Sinu and Andiemar who were excellent throughout and gave me a brilliant experience. I would definitely recommend renting a car with this company and I will use them again if needed.

It was NEVER my intention to rent a car from paramount, but it was subsidized through a company called UAE Driving. I can summarize my experience with these companies as Extremely poor service and car quality. With them, I had to rent two faulty cars, both of which had issues with bad stinky odour and tyres - one making loud noise and the other completely worn and torn losing pressures very quickly. For the first incident, they replaced the car but charged me fuel use unreasonably. Complaints will be ignored as they completely close their ears for feedbacks. For the second car, they have no intention at all to deal with.

Most disappointing companies in Dubai. Used Paramount through eZhire and between the two companies Im not sure who gave the worst service. The car we received was still dirty, vomit on the floor in the front of the car as well as the back. Received followed up calls after reporting the condition of the car and then the service department even dropped the call while I explained the situation. Money getting deducted from my account for fines apparently but when I asked for the fines statement then they cant provide it which seems strange. Take money but cant proof why. I will never use them again and none of my friends, family or colleagues.

Weve had one of Paramounts rental cars for about a month, and the overall experience with them has been exceptional. Since the time we made our booking, we got a temporary upgrade to a higher class of car (because the car we requested was temporarily unavailable), prompt response, free delivery even after working hours, support for the one time where we had a check light on the dash which was sorted by their service team, etc. Their service is seamless and transparent, and we enjoyed driving a 2020 model year car for the last one month. They also accommodated our request for choice of color. Also, we requested them to extend our rental period by one more day, for which they also waived off any charges.

They charge a processing fee on every fine while disallowing the renter from paying the fine directly which they can do without any processing fee! No one enjoys getting a fine and would like it if you didnt make it worst! Either allow the renter to pay their fines or remove your processing fee.

Not recommended at all, I recommend you choose any other international agency for a better service, experience and customer respect, I was a loyal customer for 10 months, and every month it gets worse, they dont respect loyal customers, Staff are so rude specially when they keep asking you about the payment before confirmed payment date, even if you would like to complain about something their response will be so rude !! Add to the point the extra fees that they deduct monthly without informing you , and if you called to ask about it youll spend around half an hour on the phone waiting for response, because they will keep transferring your call. In this market situation, I believe that companies need to maintain current customer relations at least, but when a company does the exact opposite that means theres no monitoring or supervision and thier employees dont care. After leasing a vehicle from Paramount, for over 15months, today I called and asked Wether I could get a vehicle within the hour ! They have all my details, This was at 11.30 am The only answer I kept getting was, it s being sorted. By 12.30 my card got charged ... it is now 3.45 and I m still waiting for the car !!!! When I called the sales lady that I ve been in contact with, she banged the phone down and told me I wasn t her servant !!!!!!

I need a car to rent and paramount we re fantastic. They sent me a list of cars with prices and after I agreed which vehicle it was delivered that same day nice and clean. The drop off man went around the vehicle made sure I knew every scratch or dent then asked me to sign. No hidden charges,friendly staff and professional to. The branch manager in Mafraq is so disrespectful that when I was talking to him about how terribly there staff treated us he just sat in the car pulled up his window and left. They will take extra charges from you and when you confront them they will tell you we will return the money and than never do. They will charge you excess and will never even return the money even if you call them several times. I had an issue with the car and they told me to bring it till Mafraq I actually went because it was a weekend and i really needed the car to be fixed.Not only did they not fix the car while i was telling there Manager that i need to drive far on weekend its urgent can you please help he just sat in his car and left. Good point: car was new and good. Even Paramount states on their websites that the deposit is taken via a pre-auth hold transaction it was actually charged as a purchase on my credit card. When I asked for an explanation (had to call, because they dont reply to e-mails at all) they gave silly answers and insisted that it was a pre-auth, not a purchase. So be careful if youre a tourist, you might have to pay for the deposit on your CC due date and incur foreign exchange fees. Paramount first promised the deposit will be returned after 15 days, then it changed to 21 days and when I called them after 35 days to ask for my money back they said they will return it immediately. After another 7 days I contacted them again and mentioned police so they finally returned the deposit. Customer service is useless, dont bother emailing them with your issues or questions, theyll not reply. And when calling youll be greeted with the typical No, sir Dubai if you have a complaint.

I have been using Paramount since 2005 and have always had excellent service from them. I used to be a long-term hire customer and had 2 cars for myself and my wife and they were always maintained to the highest standard and were responsive to any of our needs. Nowadays I make frequent trip to Dubai and Manoj always arranges to deliver the car to my hotel punctually as required and all formalities are completed in the minimum of time. There are never any hidden charges unlike so many other car hire companies that I have had experience with and the cars are always clean and relatively new. I would say to anyone that if you are visiting Dubai and need a car then do not look any further than Paramount.

Find the customer service to be lacking in communication skills. Provoking attitude from front of house. Non response to request. Not impressed with the people that I have dealt with in the last several months. They do not listen and give excuse and no common sense. I have been been with the company since 2009 as a customer. Management also non responsive. They where good at one point. Threatening and demanding. If some of the staff have been working for me they would of been terminated. Now I was left with a treating toned email requesting my car back by Mr. Manjo Kumar.after I had requested the company that he is not to ever contact me again. He does not listen and refused to get his boss to call me. He provokes me as a customers into to anger by refusing my request. They have done this on several occasion by not listen or by poor customer service. If you can not deal with the issue pass it on if requested by the customer. He needs training. He should also get his facts straight for what he tells others. i HAVE IT WHEN THE WHOLE TRUTH IS NOT TOLD. Common with some of these people. Some staff are good and professional. Communications breakdown and fabrication quite common in this company. Turns out that I got a better car, newer model, cheaper with polite service without excuses. It does not pay to loyal to these people for close to 10 years. They only take advantage. Shop around before using this company better offers out there. If you are with this company I would do the same.
