I recently traveled to Dubai with my young family and booked the OneClickDrive car with chauffeur service for our a week long holiday. They also arranged our airport transfers, which made the experience even more seamless. I was genuinely impressed by their exceptional customer care, the availability of their dispatch center 24/7, and the well-maintained vehicles that always arrived on time. Our chauffeur, Abdul Azeez, was fantastic! He was always punctual, professional, and diligent. His extensive knowledge of Dubai made our site tours and shopping trips much more enjoyable. I rented a car from Zawadi car rental through this website , be careful it s a fraud company , they will keep lying to you , at the end they send you a random invoice to inform you that you damaged their car. they don t give back the deposit, the website cannot do anything for you even though you have the proof (video and picture of the car). One Click Drive you have to make sure that your listed merchants are legit and trustworthy. I didn t leave the car , they didn t come to pick up the key they kept lying to me , I waited them for more than four hours , they even stoped replying to my messages , so please check the facts and stop giving excuses to steal peoples money.

Let me start by saying, I have used One Click Drive for chauffeur service two other times in the past 8 months. Their customer service has been pretty good up to this point, and ranked comparably to what I m used to in the USA. But this latest experience has been terrible. After submitting my request for a half-day (5 hours) booking to Ras al Khaimah, where I had 3 brief stops to make, I was told I had to book a full-day service. The locations in RAK are within 30 minutes of each other, so 3 hours in RAK is more than enough since this is not a sight-seeing trip. Still, the agent rudely insisted I had to book 10 hours. Then, after sharing each of the 3 locations, the agent still refused to offer the half-day price. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with them now or in the future. Clearly their priority is not their customers needs. There are plenty of car-hire services to choose from. If you want good customer service, I recommend you look elsewhere.

At the beginning of april I was in Dubai and rented a car from Zuu rental. The car was nice but the service was less. After I paid deposit they would send me the correct forms. During the day I did not receive any forms. At the end of the day we returned the car to their driver. They told me tot return deposit after 30 working days. Almost two months have passed now but despite repeated requests I did not get any response at all nor received my deposit. If you want tot rent a car it is better not to do it at Zuu Rental!

I really liked using the OneClickDrive app to find a sports car to rent in Dubai. Its fantastic that the service is free and finding a car to rent was a breeze. And the rental price was really fair too. But, I had a problem with the rental company because they didnt give back my AED 2000 security deposit, even after I kept asking. The good news is, the OneClickDrive team came to my rescue and fixed the issue for me. I had to be patient, but in the end, Im relieved they resolved it.

Horrible service , don t reply to clients . When I received the car I felt it s not the model that I initially asked for and the guy kept making up stories about how the color is different & car needed oil change and filter change , they gave me the car without getting this work done infact the petrol added was so little hardly sufficient to reach a petrol station , I used the car only one day as after using the car I immediately got sick as the car felt dirty but now I m sure it was not cleaned and sanitize , just cleaned from up to show it s good enough to represent , I requested to take car back as I was sick and couldn t drive it for 2 days , complete waste of money and no reply from them ignoring customers , at the end when they needed car back they replied immediately .

I rented a Mustang from this company, first of all, the first car was completely destroyed, it drove terribly, it was afraid when changing gears, I filed a complaint with the company, they changed the car for free, on the 2nd car the check engine light was on and there were also many shortcomings, also the 2nd car was brought to me empty tank and I filled 2 cars, but now the deadline for returning the deposit has passed, I wrote to the company and they said that they knew, but no one sent the money, now they have stopped responding to messages
