I advise against dealing with them. I booked on 9/13/2023 and paid a deposit of 1,500 dirhams. To date, 10/9/2024, the deposit has not been returned. Almost a year and a month. Every time I contacted them, they delayed asking for an account statement for three months. The account statement was sent and they verified the process. They stated that the amount would be returned, but the amount was not returned or a copy of the transfer was provided to me I recommend not dealing with them. I made a booking on 9/13/2023 and paid a deposit of 1500 dirhams. As of today, 10/9/2024, the deposit has not been refunded. Its been almost a year and a month. Every time I contact them, they keep delaying, asking for a three-month bank statement. I provided the statement, and they confirmed the transaction. They informed me that the amount would be refunded, but it has not been returned, nor have I been provided with a copy of the transfer.

Do not rent here! The car was good and service seemed to be excellent, however, today is the 32 day after the car was returned but the deposit has not been received yet. No reference data regarding the return was provided by a manager in the office. There were no concerns from the company when the car was returned. The company does not freeze the amount as they assure you. The bank says the money were taken. Update: the amount was returned 2 weeks after the due date and submitted cliam to Dubai Consumer Rights, a number of asks in in the companys office, on my way to police and right before a claim was submitted to Dubai Economy and Tourism. Dear all who have the same issues, do not wait! Submit claims to all the mentioned authorities! This company ahould undergo a more detailed check by police and Dubai Economy and Tourism. Updated June 9, my reply to the company: I checked with my bank as you asked - the deposit was taken from my account. The banks also register the date the transaction was initiated. The transaction cannot take 2 weeks.

The companys name is ARIZONA RENT A CAR, but it appears they have changed it on Google, possibly in response to several complaints and concerns. I am updating my comment to help individuals find ARIZONA RENT A CAR on Google if they intend to share their experiences. NEVER EVER RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!! Read all 1 star reviews and see their copy paste replies and behaviour to the victims. This company didnt pay my deposit for months and when paid (after my hundreds of calls) they DEDUCTED FROM the DEPOSIT. The Syrian manager Khalid promised paying the remaining amount 2 weeks ago, but I am still waiting. After seeing people not received their deposit for 3 years from this company, I feel little lucky that at least I received some part, but no justification why they didnt pay the full amount. Of course they are blaming my bank as you see in the below shameful reply. TERRIBLE customer service, very disrespectful and not helping at all. STAY AWAY! MY REPLY TO THE COMPANY: I do not have a credit card, I only use debit card. I received ONLY part of my refund after calling hundreds of times and sending lots of WhatsApp messages. Hello Unfortunately, I dealt with them more than once and the same problem happened to me. The first time I said it could be by mistake and the second time I was sure it was done by mistake and it happened to one of my friends as well. Pay attention to the insurance amount. Most people are confident that it will be returned after 14 days, but the truth is that it will not be returned until after long problems and claims. They were nice at first, but the insurance money was not returned to me until about four months later.

A car rental office in Dubai, and every time I rent from them via WhatsApp, I go to the airport and my cars are ready. They are easy to deal with, have a nice atmosphere, and their prices are affordable. They have offers every time, and even if you take more time, they come to you at the hotel and they do not fall short, and upon return, they are at the airport for the same amount of time or two hours longer. They have no problem. They provide childrens chairs, but the only drawback is that the insurance is delayed when it comes back, which takes about a month, and I am their client with all my travels to Dubai

Great pick-up and delivery services. I received the car while I was in a restaurant, they brought it to me and we completed the procedures in three minutes. Gasoline above the text. They received the car from me while I was also at the hotel alone, and this is a very wonderful service that made it easier for a lot of people, and their prices are excellent. Avoid renting. Dont rent If you rent, do not wait a month. File a complaint after two weeks with the Department of Tourism and Economy in Dubai and shorten your time Keep the receipt and invoices and attach them to the complaint The amount is dropped on your account statement as a purchase transaction and not a reservation of an amount (the funny thing is that they tell you that it is reserved outside the bank because the bank does not accept more than 15 days when it is a purchase transaction)) They procrastinate with you about the insurance, and after more than a month passes, the problem is answered coldly by your bank. If you cannot be patient, go and complain coldly. When they ask for a reference number for the transaction or any proof, they will reply to you. Wait 5 working days. After the days are up, they will reply to you. Wait another 5 days. If you cannot, go and complain to the bank. After filing a complaint with the Department of Tourism and Economy in Dubai A day later. They sent me a transfer number, and two days later, my account was returned, minus 10 dirhams Your insurance will not be refunded to you. If you file a complaint with the Department of Tourism and Economy in Dubai, attach the receipt and photos, then they will deal with you differently and return your money.

I rented a small car that was beautiful and had a very reasonable price from them, and I exchanged it for a Mercedes and its price is also very reasonable, but what I would like to say is that they are very respectful, cooperative, and helpful, and I recommend them strongly, and what I liked most is that they do not hide anything from you. My booking was abruptly canceled at the last minute, and I was forced to accept a substitute car that did not meet my initial requirements.
