Amazing place to rent a car in Dubai, highly recommend. We were staying at the JW Marriott Marquis. We needed a car same day, after sending Monarch a WhatsApp message, 30 mins later the car was delivered to our hotel with the paperwork completed (just needed signatures). Similar when returning the car, just messaged them and they met me outside the hotel for pickup. Easiest and most efficient rental car process in my life.

It was my first time visiting Dubai and luckily I had chosen Monarch car rentals. I must say they are not like any other car rentals over there. They are very professional, as I damaged one of the rims and I was scared that they would charge me a hefty sum of amount for the damage but they charged me the exact amount that needs to be used to get the repairing done. I d highly recommend anyone to trust them with your deposits which is a major issue while renting a car in dubai, as car rentals in dubai end up taking your deposits and never giving it back to you. Overall it was a really good experience 10/10. I dont need to look for any other car rentals next time as this one is pretty safe

Great guys from start to finish. Very responsive and very professional. Last time I was in Dubai I feel I got scammed by another car rental company so was hesitant to do it again but these guys looked after me and sent deposit back within the 30 days like they promised. Number is now saved in my phone and will be using again when I come back to Dubai each year.

Had a few issues with rental company s in Dubai over the years! Not paying back deposits etc. However these guys were absolutely flawless in everything they did - the car - the communication - the payments - the refunds. I would highly recommend. Rented a G -Wagon - was like a brand new car!

Monarch car rental is one of the best car rental service in UAE. I am a frequent traveller to UAE and have tried various rent a car services but I must say hands down I ve never got a better service. I had rented their C300 Convertible. The vehicle was super clean and they had provided me with delivering the vehicle on my door step. They followed up with me by themselves and refunded the deposit unlike other rental company s in Dubai. I personally dealt with Abad and he was very professional and helpful. He helped turned this experience in to a great one. Keep up the good work guys
