Disappointed in MKV. I had rented a certain type of Mercedes g63. Everything was discussed and I received a message 2 days before that they wanted to deliver a different type for that day and at a later time than agreed. Turns out they had noted the wrong day. No problem, the correct date (the next day) was now noted. On the right day, I asked them 15 minutes before the agreed delivery time for confirmation that they would be on time. After the delivery time had already passed, I received a message that they would contact the driver. Only to be told the rented car had a problem and that I could choose between a Urus, a Mercedes sedan or a G63 Brabus. And that as soon as the g63 is ready they wanted to change it again. We had planned a whole day from 10 am, were already 30 minutes late and did not want to spend time changing cars halfway through the day. It was agreed that we would have the G63 Brabus all day and that the driver needed an extra 40 minutes. We then decided to go to our first location with a Careem so as not to lose any more time. I asked for compensation, but that was not possible. Ultimately the car was delivered 1.5 hours late, at 11.30 am, but it turned out not to be a Brabus, but a simple version of the G63. When I asked about it and indicated that I was not okay with this, I only received an apology for the delay. In addition, the driver was in a hurry and when I asked him for some information about the car I was told you can drive, right?! and walked away. The car also did not drive well, as if there was a malfunction. Very strange. Maybe they dont care because they think Im just a tourist. Only I am a resident here and I will absolutely not rent cars here again. Ive had much better experiences with other luxury rental companies, so Ill go there from now on. UPDATE: I received a call from them to say that I will get a 25% discount for next time and if I want to delete the review. Just try to buy. Now I understand why there are good reviews here! Below they indicate that the booked car has been delivered, which is not true. They were hours late and the car delivered was a simpler version than the one I rented.

i could not recommend this company more. They allowed me to hire a SVR and the car was absolutely amazing. They dropped the car off when i asked and picked up when suited me. I didn t even have to pay a deposit which can be a big nuisance when looking to rent a car. I wanted a lotus which had problems prior to me getting there because cars do mess up. Instead of this company continuing to let me get a lemon car they were very informative & let me know what problem had occurred prior to me getting there. Umer gave me other options to pick from even though I was really bummed out about the lotus & I got another car without a deposit thanks to the generosity & understanding of the company. I will start by saying I ve used this company twice when in Dubai, the first experience I had was great, but second time round has been terrible. First things first when I arrived the original car I had booked was changed and I was only notified around 1 hour before arrival. An alternative was issued which was fine as I was happy with the alternative car. When it came to return the car that s when the issues started. I had agreed a time to be at the airport to drop off the car as I had an international flight to catch. This had been pre-arranged and I even messaged a few hours before to make sure everything was still okay with the return time. Once I arrived at the airport a driver text me to say he was going to be 15 minutes late. He told me to meet him in the car rental area of the airport so I sat and waited. Every 15 mins I would receive a text telling me to wait longer as he was running late. In the end he arrived over an hour later than we had agreed which led me to nearly missing my flight and having to run through the airport just to get my plane. The drive also had the audacity to charge me for the parking in the car rental (was meant to be free for 30 minutes) even though I was there on time and he was the one who was late. Told me I owed Salik charges which I m happy to pay but then added on a car park charge. After leaving I was waiting for the deposit to be returned to my account, 4 weeks later I get my deposit back but on the same day I get charged £660. I immediately contacted the staff and was told they would speak to the accountant and let me know what was happening. Everyday I messaged I was told please wait and this went on for well over 2 weeks. Finally the accountant sent me an email to say the charge was for speeding fines. I don t understand why it took them over 2 weeks of me messaging everyday for them to finally decide what this charge was for. Now I have no issue with paying speeding fines if I get them as I understand that s my fault. However what I m not happy with is that they refuse to tell me when/where I got the ticket or provide any evidence of it. For all I know it could be made up and they have charged me over £600 for it them. I have sent an email asking for proof and after over a week I still haven t had a response so I have decided to leave this review to warn others.

Other rental company let me down last minute when i landed in Dubai. Came across these guys through a google search. Managed to secure me a Huracan EVO Spyder in a beautiful colour. Dropped the car off at the hotel within an hour of sending the first whatsapp. No hidden costs, fair prices and the car was in great condition. Will definitely use this company in the future and would recommend to anyone looking to rent a supercar whilst in Dubai.

Had a terrible experience with this company. they didn t want to return the deposit of 3000 dirhams. Either they came up with accounting errors, or they charged me for gas, although absolutely every car was filled up before returning. I only bought luxury cars. The manager responded in a day or two to my requests for a refund and did not want to do it at all. I thought that companies of this level were normal companies, but it turns out that even such companies are trying to trick you into paying a deposit! I definitely don t recommend contacting

Google reviews are all fake reviews bought in India. I used this company, the car had to be black and finally it was yellow (supposedly the black one was under repair). The delivery of the vehicle was 40 minutes late. The lamborghini was in VERY poor condition (the mirror had been taped so it was moving all over the place which made visibility dangerous), it had 90,000 km so very old, the airbag signal was on (so it didnt work not) and the company dared to charge me 40AED, supposedly for toll fees (which in reality are 4AED). I do not recommend this company, it is not expensive but you will have a damaged car.
