Really disappointing experience. We had requested an Automatic van for a new joiner who was joining our company and we set the drivers license also who is only licensed to drive automatics. Meem then reached out to say that as her EID was expiring we could only after she got her new EID from our company and asked that I provided my Drivers License. They stipulated that we could add her as the main driver after her EID arrived. So we decided to proceed. The Van was dropped off and it was not the Automatic we had requested and required for our driver but a manual. We returned the car only a few days into the 1 month rental period. We decided to reach out to Meem and request a refund due to the obvious error made, but this request was refused. We informed them we will then take a legal case which we intend to do, and we will also leave this google review to which they told us and I quote Kindly note that the company will not hesitate to explore legal options for any false accusations and/or Defamation.

My Experience was good. I rented a Hyundai H1 2020. The overall experience was good. The only zonk from my point of view is the speed limiter, which someone is a good idea since allowing one to avoid fines (but sometimes annoying when trying to overtake). Zero stars, should be called MEME rent a car. Was driving on a busy road when the car suddenly turned off... due to fines traffic fines from the day before. If you dont pay the fines within 48 hrs they turn off the car. Then you have no way to transport yourself and are forced to deal with their nonexistent management in 110 hot weather. Car is now blocking my neighbors driveway as it turned off the second time. NO REFUNDS if you want to return the car early. Sign the contract and you might as well give up all rights, just look at the back its a laundry list with .5pt font which is impossible to read at night (when they delivered). I have never written a negative review in my life. This is a first.

1. You should to fight with them to get your deposit back. It can take even 1-2 month to get your money back after you drop off the car. Check other reviews, for some of their customer deposit never back. 2. If you will try to defend yourself and use rights which described in their Terms and Condition document, they will answer to you rude and disrespected. 3. You will pay hidden commission for non-existed terms and things, aware when you ll pay amount in front of guy which is going to give you the car. This guy cannot discuss and negotiate with you anything, you ll always fight for price in WA. 4. They will block you (WA) in the end if you re going to complain. 5. Never pay with your USD or EUR card, or in any other currencies (not AED), because that will cost for you more 20-30% for everything. Also deposit will be returned with a different AED rate (you also will lose 20-30% of that amount less). 6. Totally unprofessional, they ll take you more in fact then it was on paper & conversation in WA. Don t even try to think to deal with this company. Half-scam.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I rented a car well over a month ago. Their policy says the deposit refund will be back within our account 25 days after rental period. When noticing it was over 25 days and I hadn t received the refund I contacted them, they then said they had processed this. 4 days later still no refund, I contacted them again and they said it was only processed the day before therefore, the previous person lied. I have chased a number of times over WhatsApp and calling. The man I have been speaking with has no sense of urgency, comes across very rude and laughed at the fact there s nothing they can do. It s almost 2 weeks late now and still no sign of a refund despite them saying it has been processed. They have provided a ACQ number that my bank doesn t recognize. I m from Kazakhstan and I would like to say ENORMOUS THANKS to MEEM CAR RENT. They: provided us an international driving license in few minutes, cuz we had no time to do it ourselves. They refunded me the deposit amount. They provided goods car with good prices. The team is friendly and cool. I prefer I rented a car 4 or 5 times from this company because I prefer the high service which they provide. Thankful to you guys, especially to Wameed, Noor, Amrit and other managers. You re the best. I ll be back in October and will be renting a car from you again.

Very happy with my car rental experience, thanks to Nour. Friendly and professional staff. Car was delivered to me within 1 hour of booking. They picked up the car on time too. It was a straight forward rental experience with no hidden fees. Got my security deposit on time, no issues. Will use again if needed !

Honestly, best car rental! Very cooperative, patient and friendly! Best thing they don t ask for deposit! Rented from them multiple times, had lots of issue last time I rented but they were very patient and provided me with a car as soon as I asked for it! Thank you MeeM!

Never paid our deposit back. Gave us a fake ARN and no proof of transfer. Don t use this company, they will scam you. We have filed complaints with Consumer Protection Act and will pursue our rights.

Worst Rent a Car Service ever. Gave me a totally messed up silver camaro convertible which has transmission issue, alignment, gasket and balance issue. When I raised the issue, they offered other car which was to be collected from them. When its their issue they still told me to come and collect. I drove a total or 12 kms in 4 days as it was undriveable. There was a pickup fee as well and drop off fee and just fuel fee and what not. Extremely bad faith. Will never rent again. Really bad customer satisfaction. Thanks from Saadi from Urent team for trying to help me to reserve. Car couldnt be driven over 50kmph. Doesnt let me post videos else I can show.

Hello, I got into a situation where I was not prepared for a business trip and really needed a rental car. I had difficulties with the certification of my international rights in the UAE. Call center girl, God bless you. She listened very patiently herself, and did everything and even more to help me with the documents. And most importantly, I did not take extra payment for it. Thats what I call good service. For the conclusion of the transaction, and the act of handing over the car, we were met by two decent men. Who gave good advice and were very patient and polite. They explained how to use toll roads. About the car, the car is clean and well-groomed, and I think its a very good deal for that kind of money. About the deposit, the money was returned on time, there was a slight delay. But the girl from the call center was polite and always answered. Always kept up to date. The money eventually returned.
