After searching extensively for a car rental company in Dubai, I found that many had fake reviews overshadowing genuine complaints. However, I came across Luxury Supercar Rentals LLC and Ahmed Amwell online, and decided to give them a try. From the very first enquiry with Aleona to the delivery and collection by Jeff, the customer service exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this company based on their exceptional service alone. Jeff, who handled both the delivery and collection, was extremely polite, respectful, and professional. Throughout my rental period, I had a few questions, and Jeff was always available to assist, regardless of the time. He is truly an asset to the company. The car itself was in excellent condition and drove perfectly. Although Im writing this review before the 28-day period for deposit return, I am confident that it will be processed on time, as mentioned in other reviews. Ahmed should be proud of the business he has built genuine companies like this always succeed. I wish them continued success!

These guys made my dreams come true! They delivered exceptional service without any issues. I work as a sales manager for Porsche in Scotland and I am an ambassador for superior customer service. However these guys showed me another level! Claire our representative was great! She replied to messages within minutes. She provided different solutions for me to enjoy my time here in Dubai. The owner has built a great team around him and this is no doubt the source of the success of his business. Credit to him and what he has achieved in his life! I envy his hard work and share similar dreams. He brought his son in after school while I was in the showroom and I could tell he created a great atmosphere. His young boy loves Toy Story and they made the Lambo STO that I had as testimony to his love for the movie with buzz light year colours. I wasn t expecting to get this car but because I loved the story of his love for his son so much and it made me smile! They offered me the car for my stay! This blew me away and even though I spend time around specialist cars daily! They made my dreams come true with driving such an iconic car with such a great story! They inspected the car for me thoroughly, taking around 15 minutes and then sending me the videos to ensure everything was in order. I had the best supercar experience in my life at Luxury Supercars Rental. Me and my brother rented a McLaren Artura at first. After a few hours the car had its difficulties with the hybrid system which is a common problem with the Artura. The car still worked but it was down on power. After a quick interaction with the staff of Luxury Supercars Rental, we went back to the facility and got without any hesitation the 296 GTS for the left hours. We didn t even had to give an additional deposit. This car worked very well and we had a lot of fun. Many thanks to the team again who made our holiday with this experience!

We rented a McLaren Artura from Luxury Supercar Rental and it was super hassle-free. After paying the deposit and the rent, you got the car straight away and were able to drive off, just great. Unfortunately, after 50km of driving, we had a system error in the hybrid system, which unfortunately is often the case with the McLaren Artura and is in no way the fault of the rental company. The cars there are in top condition. We then returned the car and got a Ferrari 296GTS in return with no new deposit or surcharge, although it actually costs 1000aed more per day. The car worked great and was great fun. Luxury Supercar Rental is the best place to go for those who want to rent an exotic car quickly, easily and without any hassle. I was done a lot of research before renting a luxury car on Dubai because i heard lot of problems with people getting scammed with the deposit. Apart that i am a follower of Mr Ahmed on Tik Tok, i notice how professional he is with the customers and quick respond. Because i had rented a G63 Wagon ( classic black) 2 month before coming in Dubai, with a day before because they haven t got it anymore due to its age, Aleona offer me an upgrade to G63 Brabus Purple witch of course was much more expensive but they gave me with the same price as normal G63 that i supposed to receive. The delivery guys also very professional, they bring the car at the specified time and address also they let you know before who is going to come thru whatsapp with a day/night before so you know who to expect. That is a big plus in communication between customer and company. Collection time, very smooth and easy as again they will contact you a day/night before your ending and who will pick up the car. If the car has no damage and its been respected the contract with the fuel tank and kilometers you will be no charged at all ( only the tolls if you pass thru). OVERALL I HIGHLY RECOMMAND LUXURY SUPERCARS DUBAI AS A THRUST COMPANY, THEY RESPECT THE CUSTOMER AS NON OTHER RENTAL COMPANY IN DUBAI DOES THAT. As i said many of them try to scamm you with different things, but LUXURY SUPERCARA DUBAI never do that!

After a lot of research found out a lot of rental companies have poor customer service, keep peoples deposits cars are not as described and in general people having terrible experiences. Came across Luxury supercars and after some research realised these guys are 100% legit! From the owner Ahmed being a prominent social media influencer with millions of followers. Went in on a Sunday was greeting by Issa, he was amazing took time to take care of us and explain everything. Got the Glc 63s and was always able to contact him via whatsapp to ask any questions also had the flexibility to changed and amend my rental as I wished. Guys do not book with any other rental the prices are cheaper for a reason. Book with confidence here and exactly 28 days later I got my deposit back as agreed! Fantastic will be using again when I am back!

In June I had the pleasure of renting a Huracan Evo Spyder from Luxury Supercars Rental. I was pleased with the whole experience from inquiry to drop off. Clare was amazing, and made the whole process stress free from the moment I inquired about car. Communication was prompt and clear, Clare was more than happy to answer any of my questions. Luxury Supercars Rental have an extensive fleet of cars, when the original car I wanted wasn t available I was offered the Huracan Evo Spyder on a similar day rate. The logistics of pick up and drop off was seamless. The handover was clear, although not my first time driving a car of this calibre it was good to see the team assisted me. On pickup, Jay picked the car up from where I was staying in Dubai Hills with a smooth handover period and my deposit was returned as promised. I hired a Huracan Evo Spyder from Luxury Supercar Rental Dubai when recently visiting earlier this month and I was very pleased with my whole experience. The process from start to finish was very easy and stress free. Claire was amazing, she was super helpful throughout the whole process. She was very clear with how everything works with regards to insurance, mileage allowance and any potential charges for fines, toll fees or damages caused to the car. Once booked, Claire very kindly arranged for one of the drivers to drop us back to Dubai Mall which they didn t need to which shows how well they look after their customers. Rented the Porsche 911 GT3 when I went to Dubai in November for the F1 Grandpix. Absolutely loved the car and the experience. The landlords demeanor is great and the process is unfortunately very needy I rented the SVJ in November and paid the 2500 down a month in advance. I was then in Dubai and was told the day before that the SVJ was now being serviced by Lambo... then I only got a Huracan. The cars are in top condition, but after renting it, it took 5 weeks and three inquiries to get the deposit back... unfortunately there are other rental companies in Dubai who handle this more professionally. E.g. Superior Retal Cars, everything always worked great there.

I hired a 720s from Luxury Supercar Rental Dubai when I visited in August. It was a very easy process and everyone I dealt with from booking this before my trip whilst I was in the UK to taking delivery on the day and the collection the following day. Everything was clearly explained to me before I paid the deposit with regards to the mileage allowance, insurance and any potential charges for any fines, toll fees or damage caused to the car. So I was well aware of where I stood. Special shout out to Claire for her help with the booking and the process of being refunded my deposit. If you are thinking about hiring a supercar whilst in Dubai I would highly recommend these guys and I would definitely use them again if I was in Dubai and wanted to hire a supercar again. I Loved every minute of experiencing having the 720s for 24 hours. I have driven similar cars on track and experience days but it s a totally different experience to drive these cars on the roads.

I walked in and Issa quickly arranged a list of available luxury super cars to me, I looked at all the available cars and Issa knew all the prices off the top of his head which helped make the process so quick & easy. I rented 3 cars from this company in the space of a week and the experience gradually decreased from excellent to shocking. Firstly i want to start off on a positive note by saying Ryan was superb, other than that the rest of my experience was negative. The major issue is in relation to damage to the car that i caused. Hands up, it was my fault. That being said, it was a small scuff on the underpart of the front splitter. On the day of returning the car i was instantly told it would be 4k to replace, a figure randomly pulled out of thin air. Long story short it turned out to only cost 3k, not a huge difference and its not about the money. I felt ripped off, close to being scammed and that they were only after my money as oppose to offering great customer service. Also, i contacted 3 independent garages in Dubai asking for quotes, sending them the images of the damage. Each company came back with a quote of less than 3k as all that was required was labour (sanding and polishing) no replacement of parts. Secondly, something that i was uncomfortable with was the fact they dont give you any paperwork/documentation to keep in the car, in case of an accident or if youre pulled over. Any car company i have ever rented from has given me this. Lastly, i have rented cars from their main competitor for many months and have received speeding fines. The charge in Dubai is roughly 600 AED and with other small fees it usually ends up being around 620 AED. This company charges 600 AED + a 104 AED Government Fee. I am more than happy to share the invoices to verify this.

We rented the Bentley Bentayga for 2 days, the delivery worked great. However, the pickup very bad, we had agreed to deliver our car at 04:00 am at the airport but no one appeared, no one picked up the phone until someone picked it up. I paid 30 Fr for the phone. We had to leave the keys on the tire with the fear that they might get lost or even stolen. Schlussnendlich has worked but with much fear what no one wants. Nevertheless, all employees were very friendly and helpful. They apologized and said that it was the first time. hopefully also the last time ;)
