Be careful not to rent a vehicle from this scam company They do not block the deposit but debit it from your account and when returning the vehicle you are told to wait 1 month or 2 to get it back. They gave me a western union after a month and a half and I was missing 150 even though I returned the vehicle in more than perfect condition.

I rented a car from this company, the car was scratched, we agreed on a repair cost of R$3,500.00, which was paid on the spot. In addition to having charged an amount in very bad faith, they did not refund the amount that was retained on the card. Be careful.

I have rented a Porsche on 13th of April. Made a deposit of 2000 AED. They said it take a month to get the deposit back. Today is 19th of June and I still did not get the deposit! Trying to talk and chat with someone who is responsible but no-one wants to take responsibility. I am not saying about the car, the outer appearance is good, but bluetooth and usb is not working so you cannot listen to your music. Interior is like it has been restored pretty bad. The roof is not closing completely thus showing some errors on the screen and the spoiler is not closing too. The team is not responding to my messages. Worst experience with a Silverstone car rental. Update 19th of June: Have received deposit back

Unfortunately one of the worst rental company in Dubai, i used an app to get to them and the price in the app was including the VAT and that was written. When i arrived they told me the price not including the VAT and you have to pay more !!! When i brought the car back they told me you scratch the car and you have to pay more and i swear I didn t scratch it, and i take it jst the way it was When I explained to them they told me you have to pay and no more What kind of customer services this !!!!

Not very good experience here . Want a bmw x5 but they give GLC200 at the last moment, be careful to fill the Petro before return the car otherwise they will charge you double amount as per contract , do not make any scratches on the tyre otherwise your deposit will go .

We rented a BMW Z4 for 5 days. The staff are polite, very attentive, and answer all questions quickly. The car is in excellent condition. Fast transfer and return of the car. I was pleasantly surprised that the car was driven to the hotel in Sharjah, picked up from the hotel at no additional cost, and could also be dropped off at the airport. I recommend this company.

rented a lamborghini urus, need to be yellow but come blue with no advice. car was in very bed condition , looks old , not painted but wrap colour , full of scratches on body and wheels. i just start my trip and i lost the mirror for the way back. the mirror was glued and i lost many functionality. you will be charged for any minor scratch but car will have many issues on wich you need to blind eyes. Also the deposit back , guy who deliver car speak about 5 days and after come they need 30 days because they need to check about fines ( in dubai max in 2 days owner will receive sms to check if have any fine ) looks like they give a good price and you think you make a good deal but after you will get how they use to charge the difference. my car was 95.000 km on it and they looks like double. not suggest to use.. i m looking into contract to see if i can ask about CUSTOMER PROTECTION

Shocking experience with silver stone. During the time we hired the car, there was a constant beeping- so we message him asking about it because we spent a fortune on the car and he said it was normal and to ignore it. We then arranged a time for them to pick up the car from us and they were over an hour late and we missed our reservation for our meal on our last night. They then checked the car and said everything was okay but then we never got our deposit back- we messaged them and they ignored us. I would never use this company again.

Greeting from Shanghai. I rented a mercedes for 3days from Silverstone and the whole experience has exceeded my expectation. Couple highlights: - Fast response from customer service any time even in midnight. Response remains so fast 2weeks after car returned. - Punctual car delivery&pickup. - Traffic fine reminder, which is nice. - Providing clean and detailed sheet on every single expense item afterwards, making the deposit amount crystal clear. - Deposit transferred right after 15days perfectly, which makes Silverstone to be one of the most trustworhty car rental company in Dubai. Excellent experience dealing with Silverstone, cheers to Mr. Adeel and his team. Renting luxury cars in Dubai can be a difficult process but with Silverstone it was very easy and genuine. Rented the 2023 Corvette Stingray and the car was provided in absolute mint condition. They delivered the car to my hotel in Marina on time, handover done in few minutes after swiping my credit card. For collection also they come to the hotel and it was a quick process. Deposit is simple pre-authorization on credit card and it was refunded soon without any hassle. I actually forgot a personal item in the car after returning and Mr. Adeel was very kind to inform the item to me immediately, really thankful to him for such a great customer service. I will recommend my friends to rent from Silverstone for genuine service and great collection of latest cars in Dubai. I look forward to renting again from them.

Worst car rental company we rented two cars paid 6000k on deposits and they didn t return it they are two guys I think they sleep together at night because there is no other explanation one Indian and one Lebanese. I showed proof I didn t receive the deposit the Lebanese started yelling and cursing me. Unprofessional and rude since the day we took the cars and I got proof of everything pictures and call recordings. I am just warning you to not rent from them and for the Lebanese please use the money to clean yourself because Wallah my shoes is cleaner than you. I used the companys service in Dubai and rented a Porsche Portofino. I made a reservation in advance. Sent copies of passport and international license. Everything was done as agreed. Just home from my trip to Dubai. I rented two cars during my visit with two different exotic car rental companies. The first car rental company experience a complete disaster, I will not name or go into all the details with the rental company. But what I will say is be careful when renting and choose a trustworthy company. After speaking with with some people within the business I was told a lot of these companies never have the intention of giving back security deposit. My experience with Silverstone was excellent. I collected car from there beautiful offices. All the staff were very polite/professional. My car was exactly as described. During my own visual inspection of car I could not find anything wrong with car. When returning the car, two marks were found on the car. I was very worried at this point wondering how it was possible as I drove very carefully. This is the part why I have 100% trust in this company. When the guys found the marks on the car they could have easily blamed me and could have cost me into the thousands. But instead .. they took my word that it was not I who damaged car. ( What exotic car rental company would do something nice like that ) So to wrap this up. When renting an exotic car, use a trusted company like Silverstone. *** I will do a follow up review again when I receive my security deposit *** Which I have 100% faith I will receive. As for other car rental company I don t have the same faith.

Dont be fooled by all these fake reviews. They rented me a Nissan patrol nismo it looks good until you turn the engine on and find out its just a kit car with a 2021 body. Then they offer another car for half the value. Cheaky staff pretending they will call police on me. Wow like I cant describe how bad the experience was. The best driving experience Ive had was with Silverston Car Rental where I rented a beautiful red Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, the rental was fast, they allowed me to see all their fleet, and choose at my ease the one that corresponded to me the most, when I took the Corvette Stingray, I knew that it was going to attract the eye, but I didnt expect that all the passers-by would want to take pictures next to the car, The car was clean and in perfect condition, the person in charge of the rental is very flexible on the schedules and extensions, and the prices are very attractive, there is no doubt that each time I would come back I would call on these services, I did not know that they could also deliver the car to the place of your choice as well as come and pick it up, and this will certainly be what I will do next time, Thank you to all your team, Rabi,

Rented couple cars few times at silverstone and the service has been fascinating. they offer quick delivery for the car to where ever my location and paperwork is effecient and organised. two of the cars that i had were kinda of very special to drive, either because of their special colours or that they are rare too see elsewhere in Dubai. Im a content creator and for this you need flexible companies to work with because projects dont always go as planned and Silverstone is one of them I really appreciated that they were flexible and we could finish the project for my client. We rented the McLaren 570s in orange just an amazing super car!

Amazing experience rented the rolls Royce with them for a family trip we have saved up for. Really pleased great vehicles and prices. They needed a security deposit which we gave which is safe they will return that in 14 days. They are honest at this rental place.

Ive always refrained myself from renting cars after one time i had rented a car (Nissan Sunny) while my car was in for a dent repair and ended up losing all my deposit for none of my fault. Renting cars from Silverstone was a whole different experience. Their fleet consist of luxury and high end cars. Yet theyre so casual, friendly and flexible. Very supportive. And they never fail to acknowledge and tailor the offers for their regular customers. So far ive rented the BMW 8 series, Land Rover Defender, GMC Yukon, Porsche Macan Turbo and the infamous Camaro all with in a span of just 2 months. Silverstone is the only car rental where i found the rarely spotted BMW 840i. Highly recommended. Their cars got necessary kits and mods according to the segment and hence looks like you own it! Love the team. Me and my friends have been dealing with Adil since the beginning and hes one great guy. Suggests the best. Admits the facts. Hes more like our buddy now.
