Very very bad experience. I do not recommend dealing with them. I dont even give them one star. First, you ask for a car and they bring you a second car other than the one that has been blocked and does not have petrol yet. I have been claiming the insurance amount for 3 months and it has not been refunded to this day. They do not respond to my questions with demands, they block WhatsApp, they do not respond, and they block you again. When the Indian comes back and takes the car from the airport, they will delay you on your plane. A very tired company in all aspects, and I have people complaining about them. I wish someone would deal with them. They insult you verbally and do not respect the customer. A complaint was filed against them with Dubai Police and Consumer Protection to take the necessary measures. When a tourist visits a country for tourism, he wants to be at peace and comfortable in all aspects, and companies like this come and spoil your mood. Travel, thieves, and fraud. I regret that I booked with them, and next time I will book with any internationally known company. Scammers, the same tired company.. God suffices me, and He is the best disposer of affairs among them for me on the Day of Judgment. Of course, they will write a comment on you if this does not happen. But this actually happened. I had a very bad experience with this company. I don t recommend dealing with it at all. First, when I reached Dubai they brought me another car not what we agreed on. And was fueled empty. And they took a security deposit which called insurance that has to be refunded within a month at least as they promised. And since three months they haven t refunded it back yet. They don t answer your calls or WhatsApp and they block you as well. They dont deserve even one star. And they don t respect customers by raising their voice on them. Bad service bad ethics. Never deal with such companies & I suggest to deal only with well known ones. & if you face such cases I advise you to open a case with consumer rights division in Dubai or make a complaint with Dubai Police & Everest Star Co. will provide them with fake & lies information as usual as they did to many people.Scammers

Unfortunately, I had the worst experience ever they didn t return my money until I opened a case against the company at the tourism police. I don t recommend dealing with this company they acted weird and were untrusted. They didn t issue me any contract or receipts for the money I paid for them.
