I definitely recommend Anna and her company. We agreed late at night that it was a big plus that she was always in touch. And the very next day at 10 am we had a car! They even offered to transfer the deposit to a Russian card! Which was a huge plus and I immediately chose this car rental company They also picked up the car the next day. I set a time and place. They would sell their used cars through the owners brother as a family and an owners car which is not true. Their cars should be listed as a fleet or dealers car and such practices are unethical.

One of the worst companies in renting cars. I came to them. My father rented and he refused to open the car for me so I could see how clean it was from the inside. It was on the fourth ground floor. Finally, he told me to see it from the outside only, until he treated me very badly from the receptionist.
