I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Lilac Car Rental for two months, and I couldn t be more thrilled with the outstanding service I received! We used Lilac Car Rental for about 31 days and they were excellent. The representative who delivered the car to us gave us all the information in advance via whatsapp and all the costs. We chose what additions we wanted and the car was delivered to our location, clean and ready to go. It was collected at a time and location arranged by us. The deposit was in advance of only 700 cash and was returned during handover. So there was no need to wait. No credit cards were needed also which worked perfectly since we were leaving the country. We would definitely use them again if we came back to Dubai.

I made a request, first I had to explain where I got their contact from, then I got turned down because I am currently renting from another company and they cannot longer serve me, I don t understand why I cant give my money and rent a car!

Definitely the best rental experience! Very professional team. Car was delivered clean and on time. The cars are new and very well maintained. All questions are answered very fast and everything is made to make the process easy. No hidden charges everything is very straight forward explained.
