Asghar was fantastic to deal with. Met us on arrivals with a sign holding our name after initially texting us on our arrival stating he will meet us after we collect our luggage. He pushed our luggage to the car and explained everything to us regarding the car and payments involved. He kept in touch during the holiday and talked us through the drop off process. This company will usually appear as the cheapest in most search. However, actual paid will end up 33% higher due to hidden fees & charges. In addition, deposit refunded is about 1/8 (12.5%) lesser (not 100% refunded) and a significantly long refund process where theyll swipe your card as a retail purchase transaction for the deposit. Other top tier reputable companies are transparent despite appearing to be more expensive in initial search results. May these exposed modus operandi help future customers in making a wise decision.

I rented a Chevrolet Captiva 7 seats for 7 days. The vehicle was clean and new model. It was delivered with full tank. The child seat I needed was added. Mr. Asghar took care of everything. Really the best place to rent a car in Dubai Airport. The normal rental cars in terminal always busy and confusing me . Terminal 1 ,2 , 3 . You arrive to terminal suddenly you need to change terminal by taxi to get your car . Here the thing is different. You contact the great Asghar and he arrange everything for you . He waiting you in the airport and take you to the car . Saving at least 30-45 minutes.

I booked a car rental via the site. Nickel no worries I had asghar during the stay. On time on arrival and departure but a disaster I ask to extend the car for 12 more hours I am told without problem. I ask for the extra, they tell me nothing, it s the same price. But unfortunately 3 weeks later we see a card payment on his account with the cost of the car at 50 as well as 20 cleaning costs without of course informing the customer. I have already rented in different countries and without problem even in Dubai. But they have your credit card so they do what they want. Take known rental companies like sixt avis etc. at least it s more reassuring. Quickly flee this agency

DEPLORABLE! I do not recommend at all using this rental agency for your stays in Dubai. We made our rental before arriving and once there the vehicle that was brought to us did not correspond at all to our reservation. The person seemed disinterested and offered no solution even though the problem came from the agency. We left without a vehicle and the agency refuses to reimburse us for the reservation fees for a vehicle that we never had. I recommend that you go through other agencies who will certainly be more professional, honest and respectful.

All very nice, cute, clean and well-maintained cars...but pay attention to the tolls! during the car delivery phase they told me that I could go wherever I wanted... then when I returned to Italy I found myself with around 45 in tolls which, for goodness sake, I wouldnt die but it would have been nicer if I had been told... I knew that the tolls are paid in Dubai (although you cant see them but they all have license plate reading) but if someone tells me that its all included in the rental and that I can go wherever I want...then I dont have to find 45 in deductions on the toll card... I also kindly asked for an extract but I havent received it yet... Also pay attention to paid parking... its easy to make mistakes when paying and even if you paid but the procedure was wrong, it will reach you A fine! It happened to me twice... they told me the wrong procedure (I always entered the correct license plate but I put a commercial car instead of a private car), I paid, I still took the receipt and showed it on the dashboard even if its not mandatory and tac! I passed the check and I got the fine...then I realized the mistake and I never got it again! lets be clear the amount was always the same! but for them it is not commercial but private and this led to the fine of around 50! (Im almost convinced that a taxi is better at this point)

Touched down in the wee morning and KTC is operating 24hrs, so that is a plus point. Mr Asghar came down to pass the car to us at 4am. Made payment there and then and the process was hassle free. Asghar was great, he upgraded us without hesitation and we have a second booking next week with KTC as I am very happy with the service. The car was very clean and the car seat were in perfect condition and already installed. I strongly recommend KTC gulf Rent A Car if one needs to drive in dubai. I Will use them again and again !!

Wonderful experience and best rates. I have rented a car from them at the airport. A nice gentleman called Asghar contacted me before I boarded my flight and was waiting for my arrival with a sign of my name and he took me to my rental car in the parking area. I told them I would be arriving an hour before my flight arrival by mistake however he was very nice when I met him. Also I couldnt use my credit card to pay the holding amount of 2000 dirhams and didnt have 2000 dirhams in cash and he was kind enough to take 2000 SAR until I fix my credit card. Later I went to their office to pay in credit. The car was almost new and spotless and came with a magnetic phone holder. Thank you guys for the great service.

I would like to thank KTC Gulf Rent A Car and specifically Mr. Asghar for a great service. Thanks to them, our trip to Dubai was very smooth. Mr. Asghar was waiting for us at the airport on arrival, walked us to our car. We didn t have to worry finding the place and there was no feeling of rush. The drop off was also very easy, he was waiting for us at the office location, which is really close to our terminal. He dropped us, and again it was smooth, easy and quick. What gave us an additional peace of mind, is the fact that we could connect with them by what s app all the time - before and during our trip. We will definitely reach out again to Asghar next time we are in Dubai.

The whole rental process was quick and fuss-free eventhough our collection and returning time was out of office hours. Mr Asghar was patient and very punctual. He explained and sign the neccessities and off we go. No time wasting which is great. The car is also clean and in good condition.

Disappointing and NOT recommended! Car was in bad condition, pickup not ready & delayed at arrival, an extra charge for car cleaning of AED 60 (!) on a normal used car, and SALIK charged with 50% additional costs (AED 6.- instead of AED 4.-). Do not rent from this place!

It was a very pleasant car rental experience. The Chinese owner was enthusiastic and responsible. The car was new and clean. From reservation to return, the whole process was communicated in Chinese, so there was no pressure. Chinese people don t lie to Chinese people. Friends who come to Dubai don t miss it! recommend!

My family and I have been using KTC GULF RENT A CAR for over three years whenever we travel to UAE We have always found the staff to be friendly, courteous (especially Indian staff) and helpful when they have picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. We have never had any problem picking up or dropping of the car at the airport out of business hours. Their rates are very good, and we will continue to us this company whenever we travel to UAE.

The representative on the call/whatsapp took few minutes to confirm the availability & at once the payment has been processed; you are done.
