I have been waiting for 2 months for my security refund of Aed3000. Have reached out to the owner Omar several times. Only excuse I get is that he is in Pakistan and he will send the money??? Please be careful of security deposit refund delays. I am still waiting. If I do not get my refund will surely have to reach out my friend in Dubai police!

I was one of the people who was very afraid of car rental companies, especially since this was my first experience In fact, this is not the last time I will deal with them. My experience with them was more than wonderful. Everything that was agreed upon was all implemented and there is no change in any agreement As for the car, it is exactly the same as what you saw in the picture, and it may even be better in person, there is nothing wrong with it. Rented from here twice and both times theyve made a big deal about minuscule scratches on the rim of the car and charged AED 300 even though the car is insured. And when you bring up the fact that the car is insured they ask you to file a police report for such a microscopic scratch. Disappointed in the service but at least the prices are somewhat reasonable when renting.

When I got to the rental station they told ne I could t use my Amex card for the deposit and charged me another 37 Euros. (More than the cost of the car hire and excess insurance). I checked the voucher from discover cars and it was only written in small print right at the bottom, easy to miss. Very frustrating. Also, the car they gave me was a 9 year old version of the one on the disciver cars website

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. DEALT WITH SOMEONE NAMED OMER AND HE WAS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. WE RENTED A ROLLS ROYCE FOR OUR WEDDING AND HE WOULD NOT RETURN OUR SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR OVER 2 WHOLE MONTHS AFTER WE RENTED THE CAR. HE WILL IGNORE YOUR CALLS AND MESSAGES AND MAKE EXCUSES ABOUT BEING IN PAKISTAN AND THEN HE WILL ARGUE WITH YOU VERY RUDELY OVER THE PHONE. WE LITERALLY HAD TO HAVE A POLICE OFFICER RING HIM FOR HIM TO RETURN THE MONEY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS POSSIBLE. I DONT EVEN THINK ITS A PROPER COMPANY, ITS ONE AWFUL MAN DEALING WITH EVERYONE. HE WILL GIVE YOU A LOT OF STRESS.

I took a car to Dubai for the first time. Fast remote booking, the car was delivered minute by minute, everything was quickly filled and even paid for parking. Car quality 5+ Also, when I dropped off the car, I asked to pick it up from my location early in the morning, which they kindly agreed to. There was no need to take it anywhere. I recommend .

Cars are well kept up unlike some other rental companies. Easy and clear communication and good terms. Highly recommended! The only downside is that that you sign a different contract from the terms that are provided online. You have to trust Kings to follow the terms on their website/pdf. But the same problem was with all other companies I ve dealt with.

I reserved a car, a lamb, 3 weeks in advance, in fact they just threw me away. They didn t deliver us in the morning, they fed us with promises, and in the end they wanted to bring us in after dark.
