They dont return deposits. They are extremely dismissive when making follow-ups. They blamed the central bank, who they say were investigating where the deposit went as it reflected that it left their account. There were more excuses that were my fault. All excuses were over the telephone and no comms via email. Bad publicity for uae for sure. I visited their Dubai premises, and there is a different company at the address listed.

Guys, RENT FROM ANYWHERE ELSE. I made a booking, mid way through the booking I was ignored for 3 days. When finally responded responded with I was with a customer . I guess I m not a customer . Extremely rude customer service. 3.7 stars on google is too high. After reading the reviews I m so glad I didn t rent. I also saw the owner or manager of this horrible establishment responds to people on the review page with nothing but excuses. All my interaction is recorded and will be submitted to dubai customer protection department. Thank you for saving me from renting here. AND NOW as I expected above from this company . Lies and wrongful excuses. I have all record of communications. And sharing the identity of my sponsored resident is within my legal right I hope you don t try to intimidate more people with in accurate laws. I think it s time to go return people their security deposits. There s about 10 of them in your reviews waiting for it. Good luck

This company does not return a deposit, Every time I make up bad excuses, every time we go and check with the accountant blah blah blah, everything paid in cash, I have been waiting for my deposit for 2 years now, I am back in Dubai, I have contacted them that I want my deposit back, and again excuses, I would never rent a car here!!!

They dont return the deposit! Dont rent a car! Its been over 7 months since I havent gotten my deposit back. On May 27, I rented a car. Mercedes G class. They took my money. But they don t want to return it. Every time they come up with excuses that they do not have the means to transfer money. Instead, they are just rude in correspondence.

I attempted to rent a premium car from them. I was ignored. Commitments to respond were missed and eventually I didnt get to rent a car after lots of engagement. Dissappointing result for Dubai. They appear not to have the vehicles they advertise and rely on other suppliers to get them, or not. There are other good operators out there so look around.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. WILL NOT RETURN YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT EVEN AFTER THE ALLOTTED TIME FRAME . Full amount is charged up front, including security deposit. Per their terms return of security deposit to occur 30-45 days from return of rental - we rented in January and it is now July. Unless you want to be out an additional couple thousand dollars, dont bother. Multiple attempts have been made to reach the merchant and they have altogether stopped responding. There are many 5 star reviews - but none of them account for past a month of the rental period. While the car was in great condition and clean when we received and returned it- it has been an absolute headache dealing with this. Update: following up on company s response that has since been deleted off this review. They cannot identify me as a client here because my last name is not listed. This seems to be their response on various reviews, including comments/threads on Facebook regarding same issue with other clients. If they could simply respond to any/all emails sent or respond to a dispute appropriately I would not be writing this review. Multiple emails were contacted, in addition to Sharif with their accounting department.

Horrible experience after leaving Dubai! I ve rented a Ferrari for 2 days. The contract was for 7500 AED + 10000 deposit (refundable after 30-45 from return of the car). After this 45 days I ve contacted few times with the company, and one after one listened, that the employees of the bank are in quarantine, on holidays, and they don t know when the money will be returnder. Right now it s almost 4 months, and the deposit still hasn t been back. I has to start the procedure of chargeback via Mastercard. AVOID! Piotr Witecki EDITED: 1 - Ive contacted with my bank to receive back the deposit. I never told anyone that transaction was fraud, just that the company didnt back me a deposit. 2 - You send me a PDF from the police without any digital sign to verified that. I could make similar PDF in few minutes. In Dubai you have a website, that its possible to see that registered car was speeding. This car was on this site several times, but not in that time that Ive renting it. Strange things 3. You say that I was leaving Dubai without payment - really??? Car wasnt my, deposit was. You should take the money from deposit for road toll and give back a rest. I think usage of road of 2 days wasnt 10000 AED. I will change my ratings only if youll give my deposit back.

Worst company to rent a car. The most unprofessional. We reserved a car with 9 seats for our family (Hyundai H1) in advance and had it confirmed, and we found ourselves with a 7 seat car with no space for our luggage. After dealing for hours with the owner of the business, he yelled at us and also verbally abused the employee who brought us the car throughout the phone when it was no ones but his own fault. They claimed that the reservation is a requests and not a confirmation. They DO NOT guarantee that you will have the car you reserve upon your arrival, worst business ever.

Worst Service Ever. If I could rate this company below 1 star I will definitely do it. We booked Hyundai H1 two weeks before our scheduled date. All documents and requirements have been provided and terms and conditions have been agreed. I also did the follow ups to make sure there will be no hassle once the day comes and even on the day itself (in the morning) all was agreed and confirmed. I got the drivers number for coordination. However, an hour before the agreed time I received a call from the driver informing me that car has a problem with battery and will not be available. He offered another option just to find out after few minutes that this option is also not available. We were caught off guard and ran out of option. The driver arrange another car (outside from the company) with driver of course we have to pay a higher amount than what we have assumed if we have rented a car and we have our own driver. It has been a disappointment and poor service. We didnt had any choice but to take it. What makes it worse is that, not even an apology from the this company or from the staff. Will probably not recommend this company to anyone.

The problem Im experiencing now seems to be an ongoing problem, reading the other reviews. Im still waiting on my refundable deposit to be returned. I saw a lots of negative reviews about imperial Rac. I rented a Maserati Quattroporte for a day in Dubai. The car was clean and exactly at noted on their website. The car was dropped off at my hotel 15 minutes before ordered time. So next time I will book a car again at imperial rac!!

I rented the 458 Italia for 5 hours. Amazing. The car was delivered to our hotel looking pristine. The whole process was incredibly easy and relaxed. No hidden charges. Imperial are just concerned with making sure you enjoy your hire. As for the car - the Ferrari 458 is out of this world. So beautiful. So delicate. So beautifully poised. And to hire for 5 hours, the price is hard to beat anywhere in the world. Could not recommend enough as the most fun and luxurious way possible to enjoy and see Dubai! Theres a lot of rental company s in Dubai, for me the experience with Imperial Car Rental was amazing, no stupid fraud or any other hidden fees! Straight forward deals and trust me the best prices in town! There s not a company out here that will give you a straw free rental with very very good prices! I rented a BMW X5 for two days from them and not going to tell you about being charged for the 3rd day because of a miscommunication between me and them but will tell you about other aspects. I got the car with 3/8 gas. Can you believe this? Not even a full tank when getting the car. I was so surprised by this. The second thing that really annoyed me is that I was asked to pay the parking fees for when the driver was waiting for us to arrive. The fee is not too much but why the customer has to pay for that? The last time I got a rental car they paid for the parking. It s suppose to be premium car service and not only premium car rental. It s the small details that makes someone come back. But I m sure not going to come back for them, neither should you.

Gave me a car which had expired registration, so I was pulled over and held up by the police. Police were nice enough to not ticket me. Imperial changed the car. But then I was pulled over by the police AGAIN because the new car was also expired. When I messaged them to ask for another new car that was properly registered and insured, no one answered me even though I could see they saw my message. I had to chase them to have someone speak to me (and only because they forwarded my call to someone else) Finally I have been waiting all day (since last night) for the replacement car to appear. Its 330pm and no one has showed up. This is in spite of me telling them I had to leave at 3pm to make it to my work. Both cars were missing insurance papers and registration card inside the vehicle as well.
