Rented 2 cars in one week with them. Service with terrific. They delivered and picked up the cars directly to my hotel. Handover process very quick and easy. Rented the Dodge Charger for 4 days but on the third day it was having problems with the battery. Unfortunate but could happen to anyone. They ended up giving me the R8 for an extra day (with no additional cost) and even covered my Uber charges when the car broke down. Their customer service is terrific. They answer very quickly whenever you contact them. In terms of the cars, they are well maintained for rental cars, a few minor things to note (normal wear and tear for cars that are constantly getting used) but in overall good condition. After the rental period, they told me it could take up to 28 days for them to refund me the deposit, because they have to wait to see if there are any speed fines and toll charges. Completely acceptable. About 30 days later they refunded the money. Overall, even with one the cars having a problem, I had a very pleasant experience with House of Luxury. Very affordable prices and very good customer service. Will definitely call them back whenever Im in Dubai again.

From the start till the end handover, the team has been brilliant, Luke was very responsive in the communication to ease my mind with any questions i had regarding the hire. The G63 i hired was absolutely brilliant, me and my family had a lovely time and the kids constantly had a smile on their faces. I would highly recommend if you are in dubai looking to hire a vehicle, choose house of luxury car rental. The vehicle was on time with no issues at all. I even had an unfortunate car event but they were super honest and understood the situation so did the extra mile for me and changed my stressed experience in a happy ending Im still surprised! Cant recommend enough!! I rented the green convertible Ford Mustang for 2 days while in Dubai. The price was very reasonable (especially compared to some other companies I looked at). Communication was great from start to finish, messaged via WhatsApp to arrange the booking and everything else in between. We had the car delivered and picked up from our hotel, the car was immaculate and the driver was lovely, really informative and told us just to message if we had any queries. I originally only hired the car for one day, however I didnt feel it was long enough so I messaged the company late that evening, asking to keep the car another day. They replied straight away and agreed to let me keep the car for a second day with no problem at all. Honestly, cant fault this company in any way! Would definitely recommend and we will be sure to try out another car next time we come to Dubai.

Rented an Audi R8 Spyder for one day. The car was delivered at my hotel, and picked up from there the other day. Get a convertible and go to JBR beach, and downtown at night. Best experience ever. I have never sat in a car that was in such pristine condition. Car rental services tend to be more of a problem with many companies in Dubai, but House Of Luxury won t scam you like others and on top of that, they great prices and phenomenal cars.

The House of Luxury is the best Car Rental I ve had a chance to work with in Dubai. They delivered car to my home and took it as well. Cars were clean inside and outside and mainly were beautiful! The team was always in touch and even during night time they were able to support on any questions. I went for a second time to Dubai and made sure to hire through them again. Unlike other rentals they give the deposit back and make sure to answer your questions. Top tier company! Rented a Lamborghini evo coupe in November at a competitive price which I was happy with. Fast forward to last month July I have returned again with the family for a getaway and wanted to rent another car which was bigger they gave me wide variety of options which I ended up choosing the G63 which is a great suv and perfect when you have company! What impressed me so much and have never experienced before as I have come to Dubai and rented from many companies, is that as a returning customer they offered me a huge discount and as it was my kids birthday went out of their way to get a card and a gift for him. I was recommended House of Luxury Car rental by a friend . They are very responsive on whatsapp which was the first green flag. placing a deposit and choosing a car was an extremely simple process. They bring the car to you wherever you are and keep you updated at almost every step of the Process . I had the pleasure of renting a Lamborghini Huracán EVO and Ferrari F8 . I had the best experience with House of Luxury Car Rental. I rented the Range Rover SVR and the service from booking to dropping the car at my hotel and collecting the car was excellent. They were very professional and they have a large selection of cars. They even did the best they could to accommodate my extension of the rental. Rented an Audi R8 from this company and I was very impressed. Very professional when delivering the car, communication on WhatsApp was great they helped me throughout the whole rental process (as I have not rented a supercar before) also delivered and picked up the car free of charge as it was more convenient for me. I had no issues with the car and have now had my full deposit returned, which was my worry as it was big amount.
