I recently rented a car (Mitsubishi ASX) for 3 months from Highway and had an excellent experience. The staff Mr.Mahmood and Janna was incredibly helpful and there were no hidden charges. Had family visiting for two weeks so needed a 7 seater to facilitate travel. Highway rent a car close by. Helpful staff with good economical options compared to the more expensive hire companies. Car was in good condition and ran with no issues. Even though I forgot about the deposit for a few months, they got back to me promptly with a full return without any chasing. I fell for the reviews and ordered a car on their website and paid there with a debit card. After arriving at their office to pick up the car, they announced that I needed to have a credit card to deposit the car. But I only have a debit card. As a result, they did not give me the car. My prepayment was not returned. The answer to my requests is that they are checking . If the advance payment is returned, I will remove the review.

Good rental for your money! There was a slight hiccup at the beginning, but if you can book and pay for your reservation online for any number of days, then do so with confidence. Otherwise, everything is fine - a relatively new car (we took a Corolla), relatively quick receipt and delivery. A big plus is that you can leave it in the parking lot of our Citymax hotel, so as not to have to look for parking. 350 km per day is given, the cost of re-mileage is low. We went to Abu Dhabi - you don t need any public transport and excursions for the guys, on buses you ll be exhausted, and you shouldn t feed the guides. Benz is not cheap, of course, $1 per liter, but the car s consumption is pleasant. The roads are also normal, the junctions are, in principle, understandable. Sometimes, however, we had to get it. It is strictly not recommended to break the rules. The fines are serious. There is no free speed limit.

They charged me 300aed for cleaning the car, although it was washed and handed over to them. I even gave it to them cleaner than what i recieved it. In anyway even if i dirtied the car ( outside) who pays 300aed for cleaning the car. Also the guy receivng the car was trying to find issues from all corners just to accuse me and make me pay but he couldnt find anything, the approach was not genuine. He kept saying okay sure and then on the handover paper he puts and marks something else. Make sure you read the paper before signing it because they will eventually charge you triple for something you didnt do.

My friend in the UAE recommended this company to me. I booked the car online and sent evidence by what sapp. Irene responded promptly and sent the payment link with relevant paper work. When I arrived with my family, 2 weeks later, everything was in place. Irene was off work on that day, but she dialled in to support her colleagues and ensured I understood the local laws. The worst exoerience I ve had with a car rental company. 1- I was living in Abu Dhabi and I rented from them a Mitsubishi art rage for 1600 AED per month which was well over the market price, whenever the car needed service they would send someone to pick it up from me and I thought what great service, little did I know that when I returned the car 6 months later they were charging me for the petrol that they paid and what s worse is they didn t charge like a normal amount no it was double the actual prices. 2. When I returned the car a piece of metal had fallen out of a truck and broke my front headlight, I reported it to them, they made me pay a whole month s rent cause of a broken headlight, I could have fixed it myself without letting them know and they charged me 50 dirhams cause the car had a 75% full tank, keep in mind this is when petrol was cheap and I could fill the whole car tank for 65 AED. Overall the experience was bad specially in the barsha branch, it was just a big rip off and to make things worse they made me pay to clean the car seat 600 AED cause it had some a juice stain. Now I just didn t wanna deal with them anymore so I paid but I should have went to the police instead but I had a kid with me and I had to drive all the way to Dubai from Abu Dhabi to return the car, they wouldn t send someone to collect it.

hello, we rented a car from this agency for a week: the perfect welcome, the cars were available in the agencys parking lot (we had the choice between several), clean car, in perfect condition, everything is noted on the inventory sheet, (when returning the vehicle, no worries), and as we were told by the agency, return of the deposit after about twenty days, we received the sum (minus the costs of shipment) via western union. we thank the two teams of this agency and we strongly recommend it to you. nb: no debit bank card
