Stealing money. They send me some fines which were explained in an email with proof. But then some weeks later without any proof again money was taken, but now from Hertz Radiison Sas Media City. No explanation here. No proof. The initial car rental was 450 , with fines & stealing I am over 1000 now. This is very common in Dubai. All other rental companies do the same. You always have to check your credit card bills. And then you can not reach anyone.

Worst company ever.I rented a car thru booking.com,and when i arrived to pick it,they didnt accept to give the car by the saudi license that i use everytime i visit dubai,bcs its under the rules,and the philipina employee said to her colleague a raicist comment that i am lebanese so for sure i dont have a visa and also didnt refund and i lost my money paid.I dont recommend anyone to work with hertz

They are scamming. They checked everything and approved everything and made me write a good review with Mangas name. Then charged me $240 for no reason once I left the country. I would guess most of their good reviews are forced reviews. I rented from Terminal 3.

Rented a car and paid before arrival. wheni showed up to the desk i was informed that i needed a creditcard to finalize the rent and get the car. Neither of us brought a creditcard, only debitcards, so we were informed to write to Hertz customer service and they would refund the money. (he said he would write it in the file) So i wrote to Hertz customer service that the agent told me to write to them to get refunded. Now after over a month Hertz customer service declines the refund, because they think its my fault for not bringning a creditcard, even though debitcard is mentioned multiple times in confirmation e-mail i received Not recommended
