I want to express my immense gratitude to GT4 Car Rental! This is truly an excellent company with outstanding service. I had reserved a Kia K5, but when it turned out to be unavailable, the company went above and beyond by providing me with a BMW 510i at the price of the Kia K5! This not only pleasantly surprised me but also made my trip much more comfortable than I expected. The entire rental process went smoothly, and the service was top-notch. Its been a pleasure interacting with GT4. The cars arrived promptly and on-time at the designated destination. The cars were very clean & no bad odours. When I have guests who come from out of town, I need to always rent vehicles for them. This time around I went to visit Gt4. The minute I contacted them, they were some of the nicest people I have spoken to. Any questions I had they answered it and made me feel very comfortable. They have a huge selection of different vehicles and the prices were very reasonable. All the cars were clean and almost brand new. When I arrived to pick up and select my car, one of the partners Mr Khalil personally came and introduced himself to me and made me feel at ease. He is such a nice person and really goes out of his way to accommodate the customer. Everyone at Gt4 car rental are polite and kind. I will definitely continue to come here in the future anytime I need a car. I highly recommend you come to Gt4 car rental and I guarantee you will be happy with the vehicle selection, prices, and most of all customer service. I rented a car, the car was in good condition, I asked for a child seat, they provided a child seat, they delivered it at the specified time and picked it up at the specified time; however, there were problems with the return of the deposit, they could not send the deposit to my country, in the end they found a way out and returned the deposit. Thank you, it was a pleasure to deal with, and I recommend it to everyone

Never return any of your deposit The contract states that the deposit needs to be returned 21 days after returning the car. But even after 40 days, not only do they not refund it, I asked them every day for 10 days to get my deposit back and they never get back to you
