In juni 2024 I rent a mustang from them , the mustang made a strange sound , the driver seat was not straight, I found out that the car was drowned and he rent it to us, he dindnt say it to us, I contact hem and he change it with the Mercedes CLA Amg grey, I want to go to hatta but the engine got quickly hot, I send hem the picture and he didn t answer right away ( 24 hours service) I canceld my trip . The car if you put it in cruise controle don t match the speed , get 9 fines in Sharjah. But anyway, he took the deposit and 500 vae was blocked from my card every time I call hem he say contact your bank if I call my bank they say he must give it back. Till know nothing is back and his communication is not good. When I say to hem about the mustang he said next time if you come back I give u 1 day free car. Three days are gone from my vacation only to change cars . I expect he will give me the twoo days rent from the mustang back at least. And after all this he expect me to come back.
