I rented the car through carjet.com. However, I was worried because I had not read very good comments. However, Golden Key contacted me afterwards and they took care of me very professionally. Very bad service. I made a booking for a car and i informed them many times that i need the car at 12:30 sharp because i have a meeting to attend in Abu Dhabi. I waited for the car till 12:50 and it never arrived. I called them 20 times and nobody pickups the phone!! At 13:00 the driver called me and said he needs 45 minutes to deliver the car!!!! I cancelled the reservation and ended up taking a taxi to ABU DHABI!!!!! and paid 600 dirhams for both ways and i was 30 minutes late for my meeting. Not recommended at all. Not professional. Seems like all the positive comments are from their friends and employees!

Customer service is very inadequate I was told to pay a deposit of 1500dh and my deposit would be returned within 21 working days, I have had to chase the company regarding this as it s been over 30days and yet still not received my deposit back for the car! Would not recommend this company, I believe half of the reviews on this company are FAKE! Be careful from this company iv had to report this to my bank as FRAUDULENT transaction as they are very unhelpful This is the type of customer service you receive from such cowboy companies you get threats to delete reviews in order to receive your deposit

We used the services from Golden Key Rent early this on our visit to Middle East specifically Dubai. The car we chose was delivered in person to our accommodation and we dropped it back at the airport, how convenient is that. The car rental companies used to take an astronomical insurance, but with Golden Key Company, the dealings were very easy and smooth. You receive the car from the airport and they do not ask you for insurance. You just pay the rental amount for the days that last. You will use the car. update: I finally received my refund after 61 days. Still very stressful as I was uncertain whether I will ever receive my deposit back. If they returned my deposit in a timely fashion they would have received a 4-5 star rating. update: 60 days passed. No refund!!!! Only do business with this company if you are willing to pay an extra 2000 AED per booking. Avoid this company at all cost. You will lose your 2000 AED deposit. It has been over 55 days and they have not returned my deposit. Dubai law states they should just put a hold on the credit card, not make a purchase. Now I have to file a law suit to attempt recovering my deposit. Good experience at pick up time. Faraz is great. Very friendly. You do have to pay for parking though which was 30 AED for me. Some car rental companies pay the parking themselves, others you have to pay.

In past 5 months I have rented cars for long term use with 4 different local and international companies. Out of all of them Golden Key was the worst. - They take the deposit out of bank account, as opposed to blocking (the other 3 companies only blocked), and after 30 days, I had to follow up many times over WhatsApp to get my money back. - Upon returning the car I had paid for the Salik, but they deduct it again from the deposit. I contacted them over 10 times and everytime they told me they will transfer the extra charge and they never did after 3 months of double charging. If you can stay away, give yourself the peace of mind.

I have rented the car from period 9/5/2024 to 13/4/2024. At first i rented a car and was supposed to be handled at the airport. Unfortunately no one from staff was there and multiple calls made with no answer. After leaving the airport with a taxi i get a call from one of the employees, telling me he can not deliver the car to the hotel and i have to come pick it up. After a long discussion and a very rude and unprofessional attitude from employee Hashim. The manager came and settled things down and offered me an upgrade but with cost. I took it but they had to let me pay for insurance 1900 dirhams in which promised to be returned within 21 days. As of 10/6 the due date until today i got no refund and multiple times of contacting them have failed to find the solution! Definitely worth considering before booking a car from their establishments.

Pros: - The representative contacted me before I arrived to Dubai which filled me with confidence and the overall service from the representative was excellent. - Deposit was refunded within a few days Cons: - Had to pay to leave the car park - I signed a bit of paperwork but no paperwork was given to me and when I asked for paperwork the representative said we dont give paper work, he later sent me a pdf on WhatsApp which didnt really have any details of the rental apart from my name and dates of rental, nothing else. - The car I received developed a noise every few mins which was related to the ac, I reported it and nothing was done not even a response Theres room for improvement here and I hope the company take the feedback onboard. Paperwork for every rental is essential in my opinion just in case something happens and you need to claim back using your own insurance.

I asked for a car and they gave me a second car, even though the replacement car was of a lower category, and without my prior approval, they issued me a time violation before my time leaving the airport! ..and those who sat there were responding to me saying that the violation was three months ago and the car was delivered in the month of 5..and the violation was paid to clear the liability and its authenticity or lack of verification was not verified as it was before the time of my departure from the airport.
