I have been renting with Galadari for almost 6 years - it s been a wonderful and easy experience. Dealing with Kiran and his team have been great - they have always looked after me and have been a big support over the years. Nothing but positive things to say about renting from Galadari. Have rented from them (on & off) for the last 2 years-ish and the process has always been seamless from start to finish. Their agents/representatives are the best in the business. I worked with Ms. Jane for the first few rentals, and more recently I am working with Abi. Both girls treated me like a friend - not just a customer. Making sure to help me get the car & deal that worked well for me, and, with Abi most recently, she has gone above & beyond to help me understand the change in their invoicing structure to ensure that I am never being overcharged or the victim of erroneous charges (as I had this issue with a previous rental company who never refunded me back despite promising me they would do so). Galadari are a cut above all their competition. So forget the rest, and just go for the best - which is Galadari!

I have been 1year in Dubai and just completed 1 year renting from Galadari...initially 2 cx5s later switching one out for a cx9... couldnt be more happier with the quality of cars and especially dealing with Kiran Raj who has looked after me perfectly, always welcoming and willing to help..no issues with the cars and when required collected for servicing and returned clean and on time, all drivers were polite and professional too. Would definitely recommend the company and manager Kiran Raj top bloke !!

Had the best experience with Sofia at the Dubai Hills Mall. She was always checking in to make sure everything was ok. When the battery went on my car she sorted everything within 10 minutes. She is a wonderful lady and was always happy to help me. When I come back Ill be going back to use Galadari and Sofia. Thank you for everything and for helping me.

A rew days few days back my car broke down on the highway and I called on Rahul at Galadari rent a cat, it was quite late but still he answer the phone and he guided me as to what has to be done. He also arranged and alternative vehicle for me around 10:30 p.m. Really appreciate the service.

One of the worst management teams I have ever come across. They do not value loyal clients. They will take forever to give your deposit back but when it comes to their payments they will start crying from day 1. Save yourself rent from someone else.

This is by far the worst rent a car company in UAE and if you are reading this by now avoid renting a car from here by all costs. Being waiting for a security deposit refund since almost 2 months now! Despite all the hassle of following up with their management all the responses i being getting is a false promise. The only positive thing worth mentioning is the staff at Dubai Hills branch Ms. Jane been really helpful in all the ways specially in the transition of collecting and returning the car. and even her is struggling on following up with her management about my refund amount.

I usually don t give reviews on Google. I feel the number of bad reviews people give for small mistakes by individuals / businesses overshadow the good reviews on their website. I believe that a job well done should be appreciated for the effort an individual puts to go that extra mile. I recently contacted Galadari rent a car as I wanted to rent a car for couple of months. The person who answered my call was Kiran, the moment I started talking to him, it was like he knew what I was looking for and the short notice was a challenge. Kiran took up the challenge and I got a new car at my doorstep the same day. The process was so smooth that I was amazed to see such customer service does exists. I am happy that my first call got me what I was looking for, there was no need to call any other company. Kiran, you have defined what customer service is and how valuable time is in this busy world. If you need rent a car Galadari is the place and Kiran is the person you must talk to experience customer service.

On a positive note, the rental team mainly Kiran Raj and Sabir were very professional and went the extra mile to make sure the customer was happy. However, when it came to dealing with the management of the department at the time of buying the car after the lease was over (it was a lease to own contract) it was a different story. I had to pay the maintenance cost over the set km even though it wasnt included in the contract without my prior approval. During the course of discussion, Mr. Peter, the Rental Manager as part of his reasoning gave me the example of Dewa in the cases where they dont charge you the first three months then they will send the bill for you to pay. But Mr. Peter forgot that when you are renting a house with all included in the rent then you dont need to pay Dewa. The developer or the management of the building pays the Dewa bill. Therefore, regardless whether the superb performance of the rental team, the service center, and the quality of the vehicle the management failed with flying colors... Too bad , good product but the worth management ever. The good thing I got from this ordeal is that I bought the car and I am happy with its performance.

Had a Mazda 6 from them for 6 months (great car by the way). People are always quick to moan about bad service but I also feel it s important to thank people for when it s excellent. Peter Holt and Kiran Raj are the guys who I ve dealt with directly here and led me to have probably one of the best experiences I ve ever had with car rental companies (and I ve had plenty) so credit where it s due. Cannot rate them highly enough for value and efficient customer service. Would recommend without hesitation and happily use them again in the future.
