Beware of this company! I booked a car from them on 23rd July and paid the delivery charges in advance. The car was fine, but I also made an advance payment on the same day, which they assured would be refunded within 28 days (21 working days). Despite following up continuously since 21st August, I have not received my refund. Every time I call, I am wasting my time and minutes without any result. This company does not honor its commitments be cautious and avoid booking from them!

Very bad experience and worst behavior. Not suggesting , first the car we receiving was not good conditions, but its ok we can adjest. Second they take delivery and pickup amount extra. Later they initial said 21 days gor refund, we wait up to one month. Then they send money to wrong person insted of me. I ask send my money to account, they said it not possible i have to wait more or need come directly to their office and collect it.As a customer, it is not my problem they send refund money to wrong person, then again we have to wait. Please managenmt consider this review anf update your teams.

Unfortunately nothing can be provided than less than a star...one of the worst experiences of my life, only thing that went smooth was them dropping the car and collecting the car, since the first involves taking the money and the second of collecting the ancient car to rent it to another poor soul. all cars are 300K + in mileage (mine was 380K). None maintained cars (flat tire) with the first and they swapped it with another that keeps going off every now and then. And then comes the story of the deposit, which they will return after 21 days...I am ok with that, but apparently weekends are not included lol which ends up being a month. STAY AWAY...Do yourself a favor, pay more for a proper car rental company..We have a saying in Arabic, insult your pocket but not yourself.

In short I paid the whole month s payment for free!! They won t reply to the messages. And first day I got a fine on the spot they call me ask to pay the fine right now I told them before I will return the car I will pay they won t accept it. Everyday they calling me give me lots of mental pressure. And am very bc with my work but they distributed me like irritated. And today I have important meeting morning. The rental itself went fine. They delivered the car at my home, and got it back. Then the problem arised (and I should have checked the review). They said I could have my deposit back via transfer but I never received it. They made me wait for 1 month saying it should be fine after a certain date. When I reached again, they stalled and I never got my deposit back. I tried to fill a complaint to Dubai Consumer Portal but without a contract, they cant do anything. Avoid at all cost unless you are ready to lose your deposit.

SO IT MEANS THEY ARE NOT CHECKING THEIR CARS WHEN THE CUSTOMERS ARE RENTING AND THEY PUT THERE CUSTOMERS AT RISK. ONE MORE THING THE INTERIOR DAMN...IS SO DIRTY AND SMELLY. FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS WHOS THINKING TO RENT WITH THEM CHECK THE CAR FIRST OR YOU WILL REGRET EVERYTHING AND I GUESS THE REVIEW WILL TILL HOW BAD SERVICE THEY HAVE.

Worst ever experience. The car i took from them was honda accord for a week. Firstly, the car was not clean at all with beige car interior side panels looking black with probable sweat or grease. Secondly, it was not comfortable at all due to an extremely stiff suspension at the back. I believe it had not been taken to any workshop for a visit anytime. Extremely uncomfortable. Had felt every slight bump on the road straight on my back. Thirdly, the customer service is a big lol. They take a security deposit which, supposedly, is to be kept and used only in case they come across any traffic fines. Understandible. Now that i have fine of around 700 aed, they want me to give the fine first by bank transfer and after that they ll send my security deposit back. What a joke! Why couldnt they just take it from there and let me adjust the difference. Lastly, and the most ironic reason, they want you to come and take the security deposit by hand from their office. And not by transfer. Means i have to go all the way from abu dhabi to their office by local transport to get my security money back. Doesnt this feel too unreal to be true?

Extremely unprofessional and bad service. They have kept my AED 500 deposit for over a month, and are not responding to messages. I am a regular visitor to Dubai and will not be using them again, they have lost a customer due to this dishonesty. I finally got my deposit after calling them for over 1 month and messaging them every week. Do not use this car rental, the cars are also dirty and have allot of mileage on them.
