I would like to express my gratitude for the quick process in renting the Infinity car QX80 on the 14th of October; however, I am very disappointed with the overall experience. Upon receiving the car, I was not given a proper orientation or any guidance, simply handed the keys and told where to find the vehicle. Once I entered the car, I immediately noticed that the right mirror was not functioning properly. I returned to the rental location for assistance, but the team member could only make a temporary adjustment that did not resolve the issue. Additionally, the central mirror, which was supposed to function as a screen, was overly tinted and unusable at night. I reached out to Dema around 20:30, assuming she was the salesperson on duty, but I did not receive a response. That same night, I left the car in valet parking. Upon retrieving it, I discovered that the wrap on two of the rims was damaged. While I understand that the car is my responsibility, the quality of the wrap seemed very bad. When I returned the car and reported the damage, the reaction from the team was quite dramatic, as if the damage was severe. I assured them I was willing to pay for the repairs and suggested they deduct the cost from my deposit of 2000 AED. They quoted me a price of 1200 AED without providing any details or specifications regarding the damage, nor did they inform me about the option to file a police report. The overall handling of the situation felt unprofessional and somewhat misleading. They kept telling me about the money I need to pay without even asking me my feedback. As a woman knowing from cars and rental companies, I would not recommend the place unfortunately - there are much safer and with better structure and appropriate handling companies.

I rented a car from them and it was faulty, they then never replaced the car gave me another car charged me daily and kept 8000 AED They never provided a breakdown and never let me speak to the owner. When I tried to reason with them they just kept dismissing it. After one month they refunded me 2000 but kept 8000. I would avoid this company

Very unhappy booked a car a week ahead of our trip for them to not contact me turn up over an hour late to the hotel while I m waiting with my 1.5 year old baby for them to turn up with a car I didn t hire/or . So with having no car wee could travel to our trip in Abu Dhabi which Resulted in tickets expiring costing us a total loss of about 750aed never would I recommend this place Iv used tons of hired companies and never had this issue unfortunately

I rented a car from this company and it was left at the hotels door, so far so good, Ive done all the paperwork, everythings ok, as soon as I pick up the car and start driving it starts to fail and shake all over the place, I said straight away. the company in charge of the situation, to which I was told that they were going to check with the maintenance workshop, I kept the car for 3 days until they told me something, during those 3 days I didnt get any answer to which on the last day they asked me If I wanted to change cars, they could only be making fun of me... When I went to deliver the car, the person who was picking it up didnt know where to pick it up and I still had to leave it at the airport when I already had a transfer scheduled... Company with a lack of credibility and organization. I dont recommend it.

Great service and affordable prices! I rented a Ford Mustang for 3 days for 1350AED. The engine was 4 cylinder EcoBoost (I expected a V8 or V6 but it served its purpose well). It was a convertible, the car was very clean and nicely styled. Peter (African guy) who delivered the car to the hotel, was extremely nice and polite. I payed the deposit of 2000AED with my debit card. After 20 days I received it all back, except for the Highway tolls (which were 120AED). I also paid 250AED for the international drivers permit, which Ammar issued online, which was great. Bashar who came to pick the car up at the hotel was not so hospitable, but still professional. He inspected the car, which had quite a few tiny scratches and cracks from previous renters. Bashar was comparing pictures that Peter took when he delivered the car and it was all okay. I was all the time in contact with Ammar who was also very polite and professional. I would 100% recommend the Faster Rent company.

Had the worst experience Ive ever had on hiring a car. Did the mistake of going by the reviews and assuming that these guys would be professional and would help in having a hassle free experience, but like I said, turned out to be awful. Highly doubt the reviews and the ratings here. Waited for the car outside the airport for almost three hours and eventually left without the car, bitterly disappointed about the horrendous waste of time and energy. For the first half an hour, not even a message or a call informing that the driver is running late. These guys take the booking and dont give a damn after that. For the next hour, was constantly informed that the driver is 5 minutes away, 10 minutes away and all nonsense. And then, for the next hour, complete silence. The agent (Dima) did not even have the courtesy to pick calls when I was there, stuck not knowing if the car was going to be delivered or not. She cut the call and just replied saying Im in a meeting, cant pick calls. Can you imagine that? There you are, as a customer waiting for three bloody hours in the airport, and the agent doesnt pick your calls or call back and says Im in a meeting. What internal meeting is more important than attending to a customer who is stuck for hours. Would advise anyone whos trying to hire cars from these jokers to refrain from doing so, and rather pick up cars from the many service providers in the airport. Though its a hundred bucks more or so, its rather better off to keep your mind at peace and not have all your plans spoilt by these utterly useless people.

After one and half month not received back my deposit!!! first month they wrote that their bank for some reason make mistakes and they solve it out, appologize all the time but nothing was solved! today call me manager and speak with me like - Its not they problem its my bank problem and I have to call to my bank... So I pay deposit in your shop to your terminal and is my bank problem right??? After month and half of contacting your company twice a week this is how they solve problem with returning customer deposit !!!! Keep my deposit and at least buy nice lunch to your workers !!! We come to dubai quite regularly and normally use world wide brands but you only get standard cars, happy I found FastR car as you can get a sports car for the same price. Youssef was a pleasure to deal with before and after the rental, very smooth process. I think it is necessary to be transparent about the final costs, to provide supporting documents for the tolls, and to return the guarantee in a shorter period, the money to be in the clients account within the stipulated 15 days.
