I booked a MG ZS went to the office to collect the car waited 30 mins to collect the car and they advised me they have only Nissan Kicks which is an upgrade compared to the ZS. While driving and taking the car from the store the car had extreme vibration at 100 km/ hr which was informed to the company immediately. They promised me a car change in 2 days and it has been a week since. Each time i have to run behind them to seek update regarding the same. Do not ever go for this company and instead go for the reputed companies like Thrifty or Hertz.Extremely disappointed with the services.

Majid was superb, excellent service. He went out of his way to drop me where I can easily get the cab. My daughter dropped her iPhone and I had no idea it was lost. Majid found it in the car and returned it to me, kudos for his honesty. Great people make great companies.

rude and unfriendly staff. They promise discounts they dont apply, they had to deliver the rented car to me and I didnt show up. I was forced to go to the location of the agency and they gave me a different and dented car. the car also didnt have a full tank of petrol. On their website they say they are in one position instead they are in another

Unfortunately, I did not look at their evaluation before I rented from them, and they took a thousand dirhams in insurance, an extremely fraudulent company. When I received the car, I told them there was a scratch on the rim. He said, This is what matters. The important thing is the frame, and when I returned to hand it over, he said, There is a scratch on the rim, and he recorded it on me, even though it was a less than minor scratch. The important thing is that I told him, Give me an account statement of the discounts and violations if it is. He said, Two days, you will receive it by email. On the same day at night, I was surprised by a deduction of 4,950 dirhams from the card without any warning. I called all of their numbers and no one answered. Unfortunately, I did not check their evaluation and the reviews before I rented from them and gave a thousand dirhams extra as insurance deposit. Its fraudulent company to the fullest extent. When I received the car, I told them that there was a scratch on the rim. He said, This is not a matter. What matters are the chassis and body. When I returned the car the guy recorded the rim scratch against me and the same day at night, I was surprised by a deduction of 4950 dirhams from the card without any warning, I called all their numbers and nobody answered.

I got to use their service through my insurance. I was charged aed 1000/- which was on hold and would be reverted to my bank account in 15 working days (took a month though). 3 stars for the car. It was neat, clean and smelled good. Dropped and picked from the location on time. However, the agent, Vivek, who I was dealing with never replied my emails once the payment was done. Very unprofessional.

I got an excellent support from Vivek. He was very cooperative all through the rental. My car had an accident and my insurance company provided the replacement car from Fast Rent a car AL AQOZ branch. They dropped the call at my apartment. Paper work only took 5 mins. Vivek was very proactive and extended the lease by coordinating directly with my insurance company. He also send the driver to the garage for the CAR pickup. I am very impressed and happy with the services, I received from Vivek.

This was a rental company provided by an insurance company. The car had definitely been (poorly repainted) had a lot of dings and dents covered by the paint. The inside was clean and for the most part fine. This was OK for a free-to-me rental, but if I were renting for myself Id stick with the big brands like Avis, Thrifty, etc

Please avoid this company! They took my deposit and did not give back to me after I had to fight. They lied saying it was already deposited in my account and after few weeks of fighting I got it back. Also they charged me for the full month when I used the car only for 8 days and when I claimed it back they make up some Damage charges that never happened. Be careful, until now I did not get my money back, almost 800 Dirhams. Please tell aver one to avoid this company!
