Worst and fraud car rental in UAE I had a terrible experience with this ezhire car rental. They offered cars without requiring a deposit and initially seemed affordable. However, once I provided my debit/credit card information, they were able to withdraw money from my account without my authorization. I rented a Nissan Sunny and drove only 213 km within Dubai. Despite this, they charged me 26 AED for Salik tolls, claiming I had crossed 5 toll points in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. In reality, I only crossed 1 toll point in Dubai. Its impossible to have driven to Sharjah and Abu Dhabi within 213 km. I strongly advise against using this car rental service to avoid being scammed. Instead, opt for reputable rental companies where you can deal face-to-face and avoid giving out your card details online or over the phone

The service here is UNACCEPTABLE!!! We hired a car, driver took it to our house. While checking car we found out one light was not working. He called callcenter and said we need to come with him to the parking lot of ezhire to exchange car. We come. They TAKE LIGHT FROM A DIFFERENT CAR and put in ours. Then as I get behind the wheel I see there is no light where you change the gears! You cant see anything at night! The driver said it should work. And that WE have to call the customer service so they will exchange car. After ONE HOUR WAITING (with small kid in the car) we called customer service and just passed the phone to one of the guys working there that is sitting at the parking doing nothing. Oh sorry- waiting for the call from management so he can exchange car. Them he exchanged the car. Wr drive out and WHAT???? THE WHEEL SOUNDS LIKE IT WILL FALL OFF!!! So we turned around (after 5 minutes drive) and returned it. Another 40 minutes, calling and arguing. The guy on line couldnt understand I want a REFUND AND RETURN THE CAR!!! AND IN THE END THEY CHARGED US WITH ONE DAY!!!!!!! AND GRACIOUSLY GIVE ALSO FEE FOR DRIVER PICK UP SINCE WE RETURN THE CAR OURSELVES!!!! AND NOW WE HAD TO ALSO TAKE TAXI HOME!!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE

If there is a rating worse than zero, I will choose it for this company because of some of the company s employees who do not have a culture of talking to customers and do not have experience, and there are no disciplinary procedures for the erring employee. Therefore, you will find that most employees care about you until you finish paying the fees, and after that a drama series begins, such as The car is not available, or there is no driver to deliver the car to you, or other things. There are many examples that happened to me during a year and a half of dealing with them.
