The worst customer service !! Im a loyal customer and i booked a car for 1 day that was supposed to be picked up and noone shows up and they make it my fault and they suggest that i keep it an extra day because its too late now and then charge me an extra day! Been trying to reach them for 2 days now and nothing ! :)

I decided to give them a second chance today and I really really regret it, for the 3rd time, i am not getting the car that i am asking for, but this time was different, I booked a picanto and when I arrived to oud metha branch, the car was already there thankk god finally but the guy told me to wait for 10 mins for cleaning then I can pick it up, after that suddenly a random dude came in a customer then took the car and left, so its a huge disrespect and seriously i am not going to use this application again, and I dont recommend anyone at all to use it

This is one star too many for the terrible service they provide. We called them to ask FIRST if they had a child s car seat available, which our booking was contingent on. They said they did. Proceeded to follow their instructions to book a car with car seat through the app - the booking would not go through after trying multiple times. They then said we could book a car without the car seat on the app and they would add it to our booking later. The next day, the car arrived without a car seat. We called them at least 6-7 times (probably more) - got directed to a different person each time, were promised a solution asap, and apparently the solution was absolutely nothing. We re now three days into renting a car without a car seat, which means we re paying for the days but cant actually use the car since it s illegal to drive around with a baby thats not in a car seat. Absolutely unprofessional and exasperating behavior. I have no clue why people recommend them. Definitely never using them again.

waiting for 2 hours for replacement because both cars that were given to me were broken. I recently rented a car from eZhire for two months, expecting to pay a total of 3,800 AED. However, I was shocked to discover that they continued to deduct payments daily without any notice or explanation, ultimately charging me 8,000 AED more than double the original agreed-upon amount! The lack of transparency and communication from eZhire is unacceptable. Despite multiple attempts to reach out and clarify the situation, I received no satisfactory explanation or resolution. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I cannot recommend eZhire to anyone looking for a reliable and honest car rental service. Beware of hidden charges and poor customer service!

In fact, the rental process was very easy and quick Without a deposit, they also returned my credit because I delivered the car with more gas than the receipt. Upon receipt, they asked for the license to verify it only. This is the company I rely on when I visit Dubai, and I wish they would open at the airport. + I received the car and it was a little old model, but there was room to exchange it for a newer car from A lower model, better price and service than airport offices. To be honest, take the metro two stops and reach this office

(24th july 2024) worst experiance , they dont care about customer, they have charged me two times . due to there late dellivery need to face problem. ive complained for my extra chargess but they said 24 hours. This guy Arsalan ; ask him to learn to speak to customer and not yell or throw sassy attitude. Highly unprofessional. My car wasnt starting at the same day of pickup , I called cx care and this guy not even listening to my problem and started talking rudely and was teaching me professionalism. Also the car promised was not the same car I got. I got reference from one of my friend but totally not upto the mark. Thanks.

Had a tyre burst because EZHIRE is incompetent in giving their cars in a drivable state. The tyre bursted while driving on the highway. EZHIRE doesn t care, they say your issue and sort it out. No roadside assistance no mechanic or anything. They let you suffer because of their negligence. Worst service ever.

I had a good experience. The vehicle was ready for delivery on time and returning was also fast. If you clearly inspect the vehicle interior condition, body condition and additional accessories it will be better. Capture photos of dents and damages. Also don t forget to take a photo of the fuel level and starting meter on collection.

Wow amazing it was my first time to take rent a car from eZhire in OUD METHA ESCAPE and they give me a very good condition car and I really enjoy it and there is no any hidden charge no deposit and yeah one more thing when I return back the car fuel was extra 1 bar so when they finish all process of returning I receive an email that this company give me return some money on my eZhire wallet coz of extra fuel I was just wow amazing it was a good experience and Ill definitely come back.. Guys please note that you should check your car yourself before complaining about everything. I cant regret any of their service except they had only 1 staff in there. Excellent service by the way. Provides only good condition cars. Had to appreciate Mr. Akbars hardwork and exceptional character, the only reason why people comes back again for more cars. Dont just regret by seeing negative comments, experience and understand the reality. The only thing to worry about is the online service. They are really worse. Deducts any charges like saalik from your card without any acknowledgement or notifications. You will know only when your account notification is heard. One of the worst negative issue. Very bad. Shame on your online team. Should atleast inform us before deduction. Doesnt respect our privacy.

I took the car and the fuel was 7 bar, and I delivered the car and it was 7 bar. Later, I discovered that after I moved one meter and photographed the car, it had gone from 8 bar to 7 bar. This is not my fault, because the fuel was low at 8 bar, and after I moved, it was 7 bar. And if... I used one bar and the number of kilometers will change. I received a notice stating that approximately 30 dirhams will be deducted from me. I was deducted the next day without my knowledge. This will be my last dealing with this company. I will advise my friends not to deal with them after this day. I will delete all my data from the application and I will use the company s application. Others are better

Best car rental service in UAE, no deposit and car is ready and drove off in 5 minutes. I ve planned to travel to Dubai from Abu Dhabi and drop the car in Dubai. To my surprise, eZhire charged about 70 to 80 dirhams as other car rental services asked about 200+ dirhams to drop the car in other emirates.
