In January, I rented a car for a week. However, when I returned it, they deducted 10,000 euros from my credit card, which I found outrageous. The reason given was that the cars engine had malfunctioned during my rental period. As far as I know, this shouldnt be the renters responsibility. I didnt cause any damage or mishandle the vehicle. We rented a car in Dec/Jan and put down a 2,000 dirham security deposit. We returned the rental in the same condition it was received. Its now late March and we have yet to get that security deposit back. They stopped responding to us a few days after we returned the car so we had to go through our bank. The rental company has told our bank that the security deposit was actually a service provided and is refusing to refund. They also provided our bank with fraudulent paperwork. Its incredible how this company can actively lie, commit fraud and basically scam tourists. Its criminal and we will be pursuing it further with the local police. We will obviously never use this service again. Its a disgrace. You should feel shame.

As other recent reviews have noted, this car rental company is a dangerous scam. They pick and choose which tourists they can likely get away with scamming. I offered to pay my rental deposit in cash but they advised they only accept credit cards and my deposit would be automatically refunded in 21 days after returning the car. Almost 3 months later I am still following up on the refund status and have to resolve the issue through my credit card company instead. I also tipped the driver who delivered my car graciously. Only to get scammed. I have reported the business to the appropriate authorities.

They took a deposit of 1,500 dirhams from me and informed me that it would be returned within 20 days. I contacted Mr. Ayman and he actually transferred the amount to my account after I informed him that the insurance amount would not be recovered immediately. I hope to God that this company will be a leader in the field of leasing in all airports of the world and that it will continue good dealings and maintain the success of its management..
