Excellent. I rented the ford bronco. The car was delivered to my hotel and the handover and paperwork was smooth. The car itself was fully kitted and spotless inside. The team were really helpful throughout the whole process and I will definitely be using them again. Due to this, my friends and I have already decided to rent from your company again during the Easter holiday period for a week or possibly two. I just wanted to make a note that there were a few lights on in the car, but your team was already aware and addressing the issue. I appreciate the proactive approach to maintenance and upkeep of your rental vehicles. In terms of the deposit process, I noticed that there are two options available - one is refundable while the other is non-refundable. The flexibility to choose between the two is a great feature that adds convenience for clients. Rented the A45s for 2 days here in Dubai, from start to finish the guys at the company helped me out great and gave me a very good price. They have an amazing range of cars. I rented a car and they charged 1500aed of the deposit due to an scrach under the front bumper. They couldnt prove that I made the scratch during the rental period, simply they got my money and that is all. Be careful with this company because the will try to stole the deposit, so it will be much more expensive comparing other car rental companies

Do not look at all the fake reviews with people who have only reviewed one place...Worst rental place I have dealt with. Booking and experience: I booked the 2023 Patrol Nismo and upon inspection I realized it was a older generation v6 with a Nismo body kit. They were unwilling to accept it until I threatened to report them for misrepresentation. Also I constantly asked for the Mulqiya (registration) and they kept refusing to provide this, knowing that they will be exposed for selling a non-2023 car and claiming it is. Extremely suspicious... Secondly, the apple car play and LCD screen is an extremely poor Chinese third party screen which does not correctly display car play and the reverse camera was so bad i rather not use it. after a week of asking to fix it, they eventually came and just maneuvered the camera slightly which did not help. Security Deposit: Upon end of my term, they did not return my security deposit for 3 MONTHS! I had to constantly chase Nabeel (the manager) for my money. At the end, I paid 2500 AED and they only returned 488 AED and charged me exuberant amounts for cleaning and a scratch that was never seen...

Sadly a lot of the 1 star reviews are true. Took well over 28 days to process my refund. Apparently accountant only works Monday mornings. I received partial refund as apparently fuel was not returned to same level. This is despite on handover at end of hire the gentleman checked the fuel level and said there will be no charge. The collection of car at end of hire was two hours late resulting in changing my own plans to accommodate. Terrible service and I will not be using again. The company was recommended by many friends and family and this did not live up to expectations. I am now in touch with my credit card company to recoup remaining deposit and I will be flagging this company on my socials.

*DO NOT RENT* Hired a car - had loads of chips in the paint, delivered on empty fuel tank. Paid my deposit. They ve refunded less than 10% of the deposit. Half of it on existed damage to the car. Don t deal with these people. They ll steal your money.

Hired a Mustang V8 from this vendor. Collected the car from a multi story car park with a very very Vague handover. Took the car. Upon return, handed the keys back to a different person who wasnt even interested in looking at the car. Anyway we took him to the car so we knew he was happy with the condition etc. He thought he found some new damage on the lower most front bumper splitter about 2cm long. It was a light scuff. Luckily we had images of the car when we picked it up before even sitting in it, so we proved it was already there upon collection and the guy agreed. Anyway, 28 days later we asked for our security deposit back and they decided to deduct 1000DHS for the damage that was pre-exsisting and 500DHS because apparently we didnt get the car valeted before return! They never told us it needs a valet upon return and frankly weve hired cars from all over the world and not once had to return a car valeted. The car was clean anyway but had some surface dust with it being Dubai. Car valets cost 50DHS in Dubai so why we were unfairly and unexpectedly charged 500DHS I do not know. Anyway, nobody was willing to talk to me or answer my messages/calls thereafter so I have given up. In effect, dont expect the security deposits back, these guys are out to rip tourists off. Very expensive deal when you factor in the loss of deposit. AVOID

Beware of this company, we rented a Mustang for two days and once we returned the car with no issues, we were told our deposit would return after 28 days. After 28 days we were told the car had a chip on the plastic splitter even though we had shown pictures of the chip existing on collection, therefore they would deduct 1000 dirhams from the deposit! 500 dirhams (£120) was also deducted from our deposit as we didn t valet the car on return, even though we wasn t instructed to do so! Company does not check the car on return, instead they contact you after 28 days, once you have left the Country. Proceed with caution if so!
