Hey everyone! Heres a little advice I want to share with all of you take good care of your cars when youre out on the road. Speeding might give you a thrill, but its always better to be safe and avoid any fines. Remember, they wont be responsible for what happens out there. Speaking of cars, Ive been using their cars for over a month now, and let me tell you, its been incredible!Ive had the pleasure of driving an Audi A5 convertible and even a BMW X6 for a week. Talk about a dream come true!These guys are my first experience with car rentals, and I must say, it has been nothing short of amazing. Now, I know some of you might have read some negative reviews about them, which made me a little nervous at first. But guess what? Theyre not as bad as people say.In fact, I had this guy, whose name I dont even know, hooking me up with unexpected discounts! It just made the whole experience even more fantastic. So, go ahead and give it a shot! Rent a car with them, enjoy the ride, and trust me, you wont regret it

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Complete scam artists and frauds. I travel to Dubai every few weeks for business over the last two years, and have rented a car every trip. I ve never received a speeding ticket in all those times. I always respect the laws of the city and country. On mylast trip, my normal company was booked, so I tried Dreamz. BIG MISTAKE. Not only was the quality of the luxury car much lower than they promised, but they completely ripped me off with a fake ticket scam. They told me during my trip that I had SEVEN tickets in 2 days!! The dates and times they listed didn t even match up with my travel times. They used scare tactics and threats (ie, we will report you to immigration ) to force me to pay. I paid over $800 in fake fines!! Then, even when I thought I was done with this awful company, they messaged me on WhatsApp over 1 month later, and said ANOTHER fine had popped up from my LAST trip ! Insane. They once again made threats to force me to pay. I contacted some friends within the police force and learned that this company has done the same thing to dozens of other customers. Horrible. They should not be in business. Their 5-star reviews are also all fake, from bots and fake accounts. Click on each one and you will see. So disappointing. I will follow up with the local authorities, but in the meantime wanted to warn everyone. Please beware.

Service offered by Dreamz Rent a Car was exemplary, right from booking process until the car was collected back the process was smooth and flawless. Car received was in immaculate condition. We had the drop and collection of car at our hotel, which was fantastic and saved lot of time for us. Gentleman who dropped the car came well prepared with the documentation, handed the key and explained the controls well. All done in less than 5 mins. While in Dubai Dreamz is the place for car hire, highly recommended. Thanks for great service provided.

Amazing Experience! We had booked their Audi A6 for a week during our Expo. The service delighted us. 1. Their cars are absolutely brand new! (We were surprised when we got brand new Audi A6) 2. All cars are very well maintained and kept neat and clean. 3. Dreamz team is very easy to work with, including car pick up and drop, and payment, everything was transparent and smooth. I used their services 3 years ago and again right now, they are my preferred car rental company in Dubai!

THE WORST!!! They are literally thieves! We originally booked one car but when they tried to give it to us the engine didn t start so they gave us another one that stopped working 5mins later ON THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD !! This was THE MOST DANGEROUS Experience of my life. Finally they gave us a car that was clearly not a rental because there was stuff inside like jackets and it was very dirty!! When we came back they didn t want to give us back our deposit because they said that they have to repair the 2nd car with it ???! Because it is supposedly OUR fault that it stopped 5mins later ??!! This is not a real agency and surely a SCAM!! DO NOT RENT ANY CAR HERE !!

I advise all , to not rent any car from them , Bad service, the worst cars may u will drive in ur life with them My experience, I went to rent car for work First car was damaged after using it for one week , so they gave me other which was more worst Second the engine stop to working normally and start to give high sound and they asked me to put it in road and they put me in recovery Third one also was same At the end they refused to give me my deposit Please take care before dealing with them And u are saying that i used extra kilo, how come , i gave to u the car without extra kilo and the car was not working and recovery car came and took it

Be Aware Friends to take a car on rent with this company. before you pay check the car first what they show you in picture is different the car they give you. also if you sign agreement read it all well. even they push you to sign in hurry but take time and read all. Anyways worse company who charge me 1980 AED for yaris for 1 month. where they didnot educate me limit issue of Per kilometer. Stay safe everyone

extremely rude customer service, the person on the phone cut me off and talked over me when explaining what I was looking for. Their car rates are also much higher than their competitors. Not recommended at all. The below response is a lie, as I am looking for a 2 week rental and it was a short conversation and the phone was closed in my face mid sentence. This company has more time to respond with a fake answer on google maps than to serve people with respect.

Well managed beautiful office. They are properly following Covid protocols. Very friendly & polite staff. I met Mr. Hemal there and he was very nice, provided all the required information I asked for, he always had an answer for everything. Delivered the vehicle as promised. Very poor customer service. Sales agent is telling me he is not free to talk inspire of picking up my phone. When asked for a concession. rudely speaking and saying they have a lot of business and do not cater to customers specific requirements. No consistency in communication as speaking 2 different things on WhatsApp and on phone call.

This company is not honest. They charges my credit card for Salik (TOLL) much more times then I actually used it with no proof. Car in the Airport Parking without paying for the Parking and we had to pay to exit. Plus no GAS in car after a long trip the last thing you want to do is stop at a gas station. The people who work there have no manners to discuss any customer complaint.

Unexpected charges after I left Dubai. Charged me extra day because their pick up guy did not come when I told him too. I was never told just billed I had to chase them to get my invoice. The Hyundai H1 I rented they gave it to me with Gas light on, smelling like engine oil and dirty inside. The second car I got was Audi A6 it was fine but they definitely do not sanitize anything.

Owner is a very honest person. Took a call during weekend and very fast at arranging on WhatsApp to send driving license and passeport (as a tourist), insurance options, costs. I mentioned I was driving from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, and he said I needed to present a COVID-19 test results at the border, which I had no idea about. Thanks to him I learnt early I needed to cancel my trip as said test needed to be prearranged. Note: I had been looking for hours for car rentals before that point so his professionalism really impressed me.
