To all Saudis and others, steer clear of Dollar Rental! They have a strict policy: even a one-minute delay in returning the car means a full extra days charge. I was stuck in traffic for two hours, tried to explain, but they wouldn t accommodate me and charged me for the whole day and told that even if you got delayed for one-minute you will be charged. Their system offers zero flexibility. First time I ve experienced this kind of customer service. For the Saudis, be careful when dealing with them. They are very careful in their time and inspection of the car. They try as much as possible to throw something at you, and if you are late in delivering the car, they will charge you for a full day on your card without returning it to you. I was two hours late due to traffic, and they let me pay a full day s worth. They said if I was a minute late, We will pay you. This is the first time I see this system

Worst service ever they advertise something and ask for totally different things when they bring the car beside asking for blocking some amount from your card for 30 days when you agree for the number they ask they change their mind and raise the amount, I canceled my reservation because of their bad service and they still charged me a cancellation fee, not recommended.

Friends, I think you should never rent a car from here. We rented an Audi Q5 for 5 days and the car fee was 18 thousand TL. They took your credit card information, saying that you had received 3 fines on the same day, and a fine of 40,000 TL was withdrawn under the name of traffic fine. When we asked, we were told that it was a traffic fine, but we asked for a document and a photo, and he told us that you can get it from the police station. nonsense Now we returned to Turkey and they are still trying to cut wages. Our advice to you is that if your hotel is in the nearby area, the things you can do in Dubai are very limited. 5. I am telling you not to go there. If you take a metro or taxi to your destination, it will be cheaper. I will complain about this company.

As a personal experience, we did not experience any problems, but we were given another car other than the one we rented. They were asked to buy a full tank of gasoline and return it in the same way. I recommend them. They were helpful, but we did not like their slightly Indian behavior when returning the car.

Worst rental cars company they are scammers even if you will make a booking by mistake they will charge you 105AED also they will ask you to give deposit of 3000 AED if you don t have credit card and worst part you need to come back to the counter to collect the deposit. They will charge for fines and they will not provide you the proof of fines too.

Worst experience ever, I rented the car from Dollar rent a car and supposedly the deposit is a 1000 AED, but took 2000 because I have a prepaid, which I never experienced in another company And worst than this, when I returned the car the worker started bugging me about smoking in the car, which I never did, they just wanna make sure most of the deposit they got don t want to be returned, and the worker started mentioning he s gonna have to give money to the cleaners to clean it, just trying to take money even from me, this is ridiculous, never thought this could happen here

My experience with Dollar Car rental was absolute bad. I drove from the airport to my hotel. I found that there is a big spot on my cloth. I never thought it came from the car. On driver seat. So I changed my cloth and went out again. When I retuned back to my room, I found that there is a new spot on my new cloth. I found that there is something on the seat, brown liquid. So I called the company and request three things:- 1) Changing the car 2) paying laundry 3) free fuel They request to see the photos and I sent them they told me (without mentioning the staff s names) that the car will arrive within 30 minutes. I was waiting for over 2 hours and the driver did not arrive. I cancelled 2 meetings because of that. Finally I took the dirty car and kept a towel under me. I received the new car near Gitex at 2 pm. I sent 5 emails, without replying I Called 7 times, with promises that the supervisor will call me, but I received nothing. Absolute unprofessional. What is funny is, when you call them and I quote from the recorder We are the number one car rental company in UAE for the past two years

I rented a car from dollar rent a car in Oman Salalah. I was very happy with their services however six months later, I have not received my deposit refund back. I gave them 750 AED for my security deposit. Whenever I call them they say they ll send an email to the finance team and I just have to wait a few weeks. I asked them for a contact and they give me the UAE email and number. After further research dollar rental in Oman and UAE are owned by the same company called A A Al Moosa Enterprises. I had premium car which was Audi 6 2023. The car was brand new, clean and suitable for my need with unlimited milage. I had the car for 6 days with executable daily rate. However, full insurance was excluding rims and window. I had small scratch on the rim which costed me an extra fee of 360 Dirham. Then they deduct approx. 400 Dirham from my credit card with no reason of additional fund. For collecting the car it took me a lot of time to take the car. Return back the car was better a bit then collection time.
