Before 2 years I already booked and paid an amount 900 Aed when I arrived the dubai airport terminal 1 the staff was very rude and refused to give the car he said he needs credit visa card I said ok cancel but give my money back he refused again for the refund also. So i get very upset with him and told i need to talk the supervisor he said there is nobody here i said give me any communication tool to the company he refused and said you booked from booking dot com we don t give the refund. So any company doesn t have any good costumer services or helpful staff is very disappointed and bad company. The money didn t come back until now.

The worst rental office I dealt with, the beginning was with a Filipina client. She said she would receive it at the same time at night and I delivered it, and for an additional day. I did not pay attention to what was written in the contract. I came to deliver the car. He said, You have a violation and you are a day late, and the payment was made immediately. He did not inform me of the violation. He sat checking the worker and was late with your check. I told him, and he saw a trip, and he said, You are a poor person. I said the child is drinking and the water spilled. Where is the problem? The car was filled with more oil than when I received it. This worker is not fit to have a late check and ridiculous comments, such as water spilled from the child. The name of the worker. After inquiring, I told them after returning due to a delay in checking, I went on the plane with my children and the ticket was not refunded. Commercial. Name of the worker: You are incompetent. He did not find anything except water spilled on the mattress. I advise you to take a video of the car so that no one will spoil you before receiving it. Ten days later, an amount was withdrawn from the Visa. When I blocked the card, there is no fraud. I inquired from the office. He said, You have a call to the gates. Ok, why are you deducting before showing me the receipt and the reason? The opponent and why do you keep the visa information and act without my knowledge? I lost because of the worker: I left on the plane. The plane ticket is non-refundable. Commercial and booking a new ticket. Waiting for five hours. Waiting for the next flight because of the check worker. Last experience, God willing. I do not recommend dealing with them.

I returned the car in clean condition, like it was handed to me. I paid (1500) dirham as a deposit, they checked the car when i returned it and clear everything. When i flew back home, I received an email stating that there is a damage in the spare tire and they blocked my deposit. Very rude and unprofessional.
