The company did not return our promised 1,000 deposit. The owner promised to do that and confirmed we returned car safe and had no fines, bud now refuses to go to bank and return the money. This is terrible . Never use cars of this company Answer: -First of all, it was on the 21st of September. Second, we are telling the truth and it can be easily proved. Did we receive the deposit back? NO! -Did you go to the bank to make a recall? NO! - Are you willing to solve this issie? No - YOU ARE SAYING YOU WON T DO FOR US ANYTHING! We have all of the proof, the bank statements, history of our communication, your phone call with the bank. It is so easy to understand that you re wrong and we are telling the truth!

By far the best rental/hire company I have ever used. The cars were spot on and the customer service was great. Most companies take a while to give you your deposit back but this company was fast and efficient. The company gave me invoices for the vehicle payment and the deposit. 100% recommend anyone to use this company as they are brilliant

Rented a RR SVR for about a week when i was in Dubai. Great guy and great service. A rim got damaged during my rental period and he only charged me what it costed him to repair it. Very fair. Will definitely use them again when im going back to Dubai.

We planned to visit Dubai for New Years Eve and Honestly Struggled To Find A trust Worthy Company who actually had clean looked after cars Then we come across White Shark Luxury Rental The brother who we dealt with was direct ( No Middle Man Service ) and he actually owned all of the cars He provided the best rates we could get at the time The cars all arrived honestly like showroom condition The service was very professional all conducted through a Tablet Device With all documentation done correctly. Our deposit was refunded to us in full on the exact date they stated straight into my bank Dont waste your time with any company go Direct To White Shark Because I won t be using any other company when I visit Dubai again. I wish this company great success because they deserve it and they can keep up the hard work. 11/10 service Highly Recommend Anyone From The Uk or anywhere else for that matter to Book Through This Company.
