Pick up was on time from the Habtoor grand marina. Drop off was effortless. the car was great. Overall a very good experience with Diamondlease rent a car, I would definitely recommend this company and I would use them again without hesitation...cheers

I left a request to rent a car for several days 3-4 days before the start of the rental. I requested a car seat, they promised to write to WhatsApp about the status. As a result, they wrote in the mail 2.5 hours before the start of the rental that there was no car seat. Irresponsible attitude towards the client. It is normal for them for a 2 year old child not to be in a car seat

I have been incorrectly billed twice now for car damages despite having full insurance and despite providing a police report. Flagged it the first time and eventually got a refund. same thing has happened again. Really unimpressed.

The best car rental company in Dubai in my opinion. Staff is very approachable and super helpful. Ms. Ignacia is Nice and always willing to answer the customers questions. The only car rental company im comfortable and i personally use now. since Early 2023 to this month I had rented a car from diamondlease car rentals Ms Ignacia helped me in all possible situations, be it the process or delivering the car or even exchanging the car!! Since I was traveling out of the country constantly she would arrange for the pickup of the car and once I landed she would make it so easy for me to get the car to my nearest location which is very helpful.. I couldn t thank her enough for her serviceand next time that im going to rent a car, it would be to diamondlease car rentals!!!!

Most convenient car rental experience at the Marina branch of Diamondlease Dubai. The staff, especially Ignacia, is very helpful and prompt. I was able to pick and drop car with ease and without worrying about surprise charges. If I have to extend or modify the booking, I just msg her and its taken care of Definitely recommended.

Had a great experience when I stayed in Dubai for a few weeks 7 months ago. Everything was spick and span from the customer service representative up to the car itself. The Filipina I spoke with was very knowledgeable and accomodating. I am going to use their service again bcoz I am going to visit again before the holidays and kinda surprised with the negative rating they are receiving. 5 STAR . Truly u deserve 5 STAR

I had the worst experience. I booked a car specifically with GPS and few hours before picking up the car, they informed me that they dont have a car with GPS. Also, I found odd asking for photos of my card and personal details by WhatsApp. Of course they told me that they cant refund the money in the same day. This company should be avoided

Bad Service .. poor customer care and irresponsible staff .. avoid using this car rental service. So i had my car going to the garage and my insurance offered a 10 day car rental. I speak to customer executive and discuss and tell him that i need the car to be delivered next morning ideally before 10 am. he asks for a list of documents which i provide. Next day around 10 15 i call diamond lease and executive tells me that there is no schedule in place for my delivery and first executive has not informed her anything. she takes a fresh request and promises to deliver the car by 3 pm and they need me to be present in person. I actually take time off from work and arrive before time. I speak to the driver and he says he will come by 4 pm !!. entire day wasted just coordinating with these people who are confused and not at all punctual . NOT HAPPY..

Unorganized and unprofessional, quite a bad experience. Rented a car from Diamondlease through Invygo - the Diamondlease dispatcher is rude and is difficult to understand. Their drivers never arrive in the agreed time and make a big problem about it. (happened 3 times out of 3 so far) They expect the customer to drop everything and meet their car delivery guy. update after the response: you should begin being better by not calling your customer 10 times in the middle of the night then. I received many calls around 22:30. update 2: checking about the car the next day - they have no idea even that my order (already paid) exist. I dont think a we will be better is helpful in this case.

BOOKING REFERENCE : 80164052 WORST CAR RENTAL IN DUBAI. I booked for a Mitsubishi lancer for 4 days though Atlas Car rentals, and their client happened to be this company. As per their website they had 2 counters in terminal 1 and terminal 3. I went to terminal 3 and checked, they do not have any counter or office there and i had to walk to terminal 1. Once the payment was done, they informed me they do not have mitsubishi lancer, they have only a Attrage which is smaller car compared to Lancer. I did not have an option, After i returned the car, may b after 2 weeks, the guarantee amount of AED 1000 which they blocked was released. But a week after that they took AED 752 using my credit card details. I called them and checked, and they said its toll charges and fine for over speed. I asked for proof for this from the traffic department, they took my email id, said they will send it in 48 hrs which went on for week,. I made 2-3 calls to dubai to their office but i did not get proper responds. I filed for a dispute through my bank and its under process. I hope il get back my money.
