I do not recommend dealing with them. They take expensive insurance and are late in delivering the car. I sat and waited for an hour until my car arrived. They say it comes from the warehouse and I booked it online, and they have bad service news, unlike other offices.

Worst experience ever. I would love to give them minus stars but unfortunately 1 star is the least I can do. We booked a car through booking two weeks ago. We have been waiting now for more than two hours to get our car -if we hadnt paid we wouldve taken an uber and left already- With all this delay, the guy working in the office outside has the worst attitude ever. He is literally screaming at us like we are begging him for a car; he is not even wearing a name but I asked and his name is Javid. Even when I talked to him how is attitude is not acceptable he was smiling at me sarcastically. I cant say this enough but definitely the WORST rental car office It sucks that we are starting our vacation like this; and my two boys are so bored and sleepy its almost midnight now and we arrived at 9 pm. Again worst experience ever. Never booking through them again not recommending it

The employees were very polite and understanding. I had a parking ticket written but I had paid it, they tried for 10-15 minutes and then cancelled it. We were very pleased, they were very helpful.

Since my VISA was temporarily blocked and I had to leave a deposit with visa debit, I was charged an additional approximately 130 euros. To do this, I had to buy extremely overpriced insurance. No other options were offered. Ive been renting cars for over 20 years and have never experienced anything like this. Better to pay more somewhere else. Arrival from another terminal by taxi for 60 AED

Quick, Dollar once company, good treatment, and they send you everything by email I booked through Booking, but you have to pay a deposit upon arrival. This is something I did not know, and the important thing is that you have a visa at that time. They take 1,500, and if it is a range, 3,000, and you return 30 days after the car is delivered.

Worst Experience. If you are lured in taking Geely Brand new Cars Lease then . Keep in mind after Payments they take around a month to handover the car to you. So I would suggest some other car rentals like thrifty, dollar, etc they have cars in stock already and handover within a week but Budget no. I paid on 14th May and still waiting for my Car. Which is for 1 year lease but now i have been paying rent to another car rental due to delay from Budget

This was one of worst experiences in renting the car. They have only one office in terminal 1, so if you are arriving/ departing from different terminal you need to take a taxi I had to wait for more than 30 to get the car from different place. When departing, I ve waited for almost 40 min to process the paperwork, and at the end I was told that their system doesn t show my Advanced payment!! It took the receptionist ages I almost missed my flight!! In other parts of the world, as long as the company has credit card authorization, just drop the key and go! I ll be very much reluctant to use their services in the future!

The worst lounge in Al-Natar is the lounge, and all the other lines take it. Terminal 3 is the Emirates lounge. The best lounge is the largest and it is the front. Next, the Flydubai lounge 2 is considered good and comes after Terminal 3, but it is smaller. As for the worst, there is one lounge and the services there are bad, especially the rental offices. There is not enough parking. I waited a long time to find one. The parking lot is always crowded and the cleanliness level is average

They are still holding $900 dollars for some reason and its been a week since I returned the car. They also trap you in the parking lot when returning your vehicle and give you a choice to pay to get out or pay 3x the amount for a taxi. They omit the details of telling you that each terminal has its own specific drop-off location that requires a taxi to commute terminal to terminal for this reason.

Hidden place, very hard to find place to return car. GPS puts you on the highway. Just search for terminal 1 departures parking and it is located on second floor of the actual parking. Be careful there is very poor signalization.

By no means I am a writer or a critic of any kind, but I feel compelled to write about signaling in Dubai rental car return and it is by far the worst process to find the place to return a car, there is no signaling at all in the airport and it is very frustrating and dangerous to maneuver around exits. All the way into the airport there were no signs for car rental return until the last small hidden exit. GPS was showing return on the highway and not the actual office (Terminal 1 departures). Once you get to the parking for returning the car its on the second level, had to stop and ask people few times). All around Dubai also signals are very poor, it is much better to just use the metro. It is simple and cheap option. We used both and at the end I regret renting a car plus the return of the car was the cherry on top of my horrible experience.

If you land in Terminal 2 you are screwed. You have to get a taxi to get here. The taxi ride will cost about 50-60 AED. I could have gotten my car for another day for that money. It would be nice for Europcar to pick you up. It is weird to ask for the flight number at booking and then do nothing with it. And when you come back for the drop off the lot is hard to find. The signs are tiny and directly at the point where the street parts. A little bigger and an earlier warning would be better.
