Amazing experience! I have rented a BMW Z4 for a couple of days and all I can say to these guys is nothing but praise. All the people that i contacted with are professional and they go the extra mile to help and solve any issue you may have along the way. They have the delivery and pick up options at reasonable cost, which helps if youre running late on time. The car was smooth and clean. When it was delivered to me It came with 2 complimentary cold bottles of water which i appreciated since Dubai is so HOT!. The communication with the customers is on point, the dispatch on whats app always answered in minutes and was helpful to assist with any request. Warning! They use FAKE 5 star reviews. Most of their cars are salvaged US spec rebuilt titles with fake hideous body kits on low trim models (e.g rebuilt mustang eco boost with a tacky GT500 Chinese kit). Very fishy company. I had a BMW 330i with the M package. The Car was looking really good with the M package and the bodykit. Sounds good, good acceleration and no problems when it comes to the driving. The team is really friendly and the contact is really fast if you have questions or need anything. Spontaneous extensions are not a problem if it s not booked for somebody else, that s also really good. One of the best things is the no deposit possibility, you will pay a little fee but that s it. But in my opinion and experience I wouldn t have a problem to give deposit since the Team is legit and trustworthy! Thanks for the rental, will do it again when I m back in Dubai!

I came to Dubai for my honeymoon for a couple of weeks and wanted to rent a car for the trip. Booking with Bling made the entire process smooth, affordable and really nice! I m originally from Canada and honestly the service in Dubai for car rentals was so much better than anything I ve ever experienced. I spoke to them online via Whatsapp and they were super responsive. I mean I would send a message any time of the day and get a response (even at like 2am!). They told me that approximately 5 days before I come, I should message them to find a car and see what they have in inventory. Although, they have so much that it s really unlikely you won t find something you re looking for. I got a Maserati Ghisli 2023 and it was as great as I expected. The car was in pristine condition and was a joy to ride around Dubai. The price was extremely reasonable. A car like this in North America would be at least 3x more expensive. The service was very honest too. They ask for a deposit as well, but it really makes sense. In Dubai, the roads are FILLED with cameras and radars. It s so easy to get a ticket anywhere and anytime. I was super cautious and still got one for crossing a line on a highway when I was merging that wasn t supposed to be crossed in that area. Anyways, you get the deposit 30 days later after you return the car which also make sense because the speeding tickets take approximately 28 days to come up in the system. Anyways, I will most certainly rent from them again. It was super easy - we just agreed over everything through WhatsApp, and they are so flexible with bringing you the car wherever and whenever you need it. The price is very reasonable and it was overall a very professional, comfortable, enjoyable experience. Thank you and I will be back!

Weve had a great experience at Bling Car Rental. Service is above expected, because everything is handled in a very transparant way. You get a very detailed and ellaborate damage report before and after you hire the car, including videos of how the car looks on beforehand so there is zero chances for error for both bling and the user of the car. Pricing is very reasonable if you compare it to the competitors, but the cars are very much on point. On top of that, Shahmeer is a very good host and is very fast and direct when communicating. He always tried to solve our questions and was flexible where possible. Although i had to ask for the refund of our deposit myself (which took over 2 months), i got it back eventually. In short, Bling Car Rental is a very good company to rent from. The customer service is great! They were very responsive and flexible with everything. Secondly, you can see the extra steps they take. All their cars are modified and unique. I went for the Alfa 124 spider and the exhaust they have installed is insane. Would 200% recommend renting this car. However, I caught 2 speeding tickets because the speedometer is not 100% accurate, and they could have done more to warn me about this issue.

Bling car rental was absolutely exceptional. I wish I could give them 10 stars!! I hired a beautiful black Dodge Charger (which just oozed presence) for just over 1 week (I extended it twice). The car was in a very good condition, both inside and out. The car was delivered right outside my apartment and also picked up from my apartment, at a time which suited me. Again, exceptional service. The team truly went over and beyond to cater for my needs. This was by far the best rental experience in dubai. Everything was very easy and smooth. I ve had a chance to drive 2 cars in the period of one week and everything was perfect, the cars were in pristine conditions, clean, sanitised, with car play and all other necessities. Rented an audi q7 and the car repeatedly made an annoying beeping sound from a warning malfunction issue with the car. The owner of the company initially told us it wouldnt be a problem and if we hit the ok button it would go away. After having the car for an hour we immediately wanted to switch. After wasted hours messaging back and fourth. I was able to swap for a BMW 430 I convertible that had a aftermarket performance exhaust installed. The exhaust noise was very loud and sounded cheap. Everywhere we drove people would stare of us and it created a horrible driving experience inside the car. I dont recommend this car company to anyone. The owner provides poor quality cars but his customer service is half decent.

There was absolutely Notting wrong with the car and it was a pleasure to drive with the roof down in dubai. Deposit was paid back on time ( I actually forgot about the deposit until they contacted me asking for it to be repaid ) I would highly recommend this company and will also be using them again when I go back next month. Rented a beautiful Mustang from Shamir from Bling Car Rentals. Car was 10/10, Communication was 10/10, Price 10/10, Service 10/10. It was a blast to drive this beauty. Unfortunately an unlicensed speeding jeep driver damaged the bumper, but Shamir handled it really professionally and was on the scene as fast as possible. I recommend Bling Car Rentals to everyone staying in dubai, it really is a no-brainer. Shamir is passionate, hard working and has an awesome growing fleet of beautiful cars. By focusing on unparalleled service and honest and clear pricing and communication, there are no competitors. Bling Car Rentals is a breath of fresh air in this often shady business with bad service. Would definitely recommend renting from Bling Car Rental, As a continual traveller to Dubai I have rented from various other firms and none come close to this company. Owner is a friendly person who treats you with the utmost courtesy. The car I originally requested wasnt available for my required dates and the owner offered an alternative which was the Mercedes Benz E300 and even price matched it to the original requested car. Car handover and paperwork were all done from my apartment. Car was clean and delivered with a full tank of fuel. Deposit was returned in the time stated.

I have many family members who visit Dubai, also some who stay there and the word around Dubai city and from them was to go to Bling Car Rental. Asad (the owner) was so down to earth and humble, he treated me like family, took the deposit and returned it as promised. The car was amazing, fully modified, an experience well worth remembering. I now know that anytime i visit Dubai, Bling car rental is the place to go. Great staff, well presented and professional. The cars are also top of the range and in new condition, its ashame i didnt get to rent anymore cars from them due to my short trip. Hope the best for you guys at Bling and i will definitely be back soon. Thank you very much for the brilliant experience and great customer service.
