Amazing experience, staff is so polite and professional, everything was perfect. I would really recommend also because prices are very honest for the luxury car that they offer. I want to start off by saying that I am a level 6 Google Maps Reviewer, I have reviewed over 179 places so you know I didnt just make this profile overnight. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE, I REPEAT... DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! I dealt with Ibrahim in regards to my rental back in February, first and foremost the vehicle I rented did not have a license plate in the back of the vehicle, Ibrahim sent me a message through whats app of a document that supposedly stated that the vehicle was okay to drive without the license plate, coming to find out the document was expired so the vehicle was confiscated, it was confiscated by an individual who had a yellow safety vest on and a thobe, this individual claimed that he was a police officer, he did not show any identification stating that he was such and being as though Im from the USA I didnt know if he was or not. But long after the vehicle was taken, I reached out to Ibrahim several times to see if he could rectify the situation but he just kept giving me the run around and in one message he acted as if he and I didnt just have numerous conversations about the situation, he messaged me asking who I was and what car I was interested in renting?!? I kindly refreshed his memory as you will see in my attached screenshot photos of messages between him and I. Also the vehicle which was the black convertible Lamborghini Hurucan had slight mechanical issues with the brakes, I kept hearing while driving a noise as like when the brakes are so bad its about to start going into the rotors, it even felt that way at times also. Once I left Dubai and got back to the USA I immediately contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges because of everything that took place, once Ibrahim caught wind of me disputing the charges he attempted to settle the situation by lowering the price they were going to charge me for the rental. At that point I wasnt going to pay anything because before I reached out to my credit card company as I said he kept giving me the run around! Yesterday my credit card company notified me and told me that BIG Boss refunded me all of my money, after almost 2 months of going back and forth with them, they lacked the evidence to fight against my dispute but as I said please do not rent from this company! As I said I am a high level reviewer who takes the time to review places as you can clearly see from this long review, BIG Boss is really a shady company who I wouldnt even recommend to my worst enemy, Im not Muslim but Ramadan just ended and you individuals(BIG BOSS) indulge in a lot of Haram and unethical ways! And to individuals who are reading this review, please do not forget to view the screen shot photos of the conversations between Ibrahim and I, they may be attached to this message or you may have to click on the photos section of BIG BOSS page but dont waste your time with this company, do your research and read reviews about other companies if youre considering renting an exotic car. *sidenote for some reason when Im trying to upload the screenshots its saying upload pending, I deleted the photos and tried re-uploading them but its not letting me post them but I will keep trying.
