Do not trust them. I took my car in for service, and the next day, the engine broke down. For two months, I was paying the same amount as I would for a new car (which included Apple CarPlay) for a replacement vehicle that didn t have Apple CarPlay. Every time I inquired about the status of my car, I received no updates. Now that I ve ended my contract and requested my deposit back, they are refusing to pay what they owe. I will be escalating this issue to local authorities. While they might try to offer explanations (as seen in some responses below), nothing will excuse their refusal to return the money they owe me.

Very bad service and the car too much damage not clean also too much smell inside the car and there is one employee his name, Asif he s acting like manager and he is very rude person always talking bad with the customer and close the phone on Customer face very rude when he discussed with customer and always think he s right and the customer is wrong also if you delay one day and two days immediately, he close the car and he don t care if you are in the middle of the road and it happened with me two times and he put my family in dangerous. I randomly chose this company to rent a car from. After contacting several other companies, they were the only who provided a quick answer and a fast delivery. Their contract is clear, no hidden clause or extra payments. Prices are fair and probably the lowest in the market. The car is in good condition and whenever an unexpected matter happens, they respond quickly and fix the issue. They even provide a replacement if needed. The staff is very professional. As glorious and picturesque the prices of the rental car is just the opposite or even worse is the sales person and the post sales. Firstly I rented the car for 1 week they were to deliver to the car to me at 10am and they charged delivery but I received at the car only at 2pm and when I left to take the car home I saw that the car had no fuel (it was empty), while returning the car they mentioned it takes 2 weeks to get the refund. After 2 weeks they have not bothered to call or text to get my bank details until I called to follow up on my refund and they told they would refund would come by evening, but it s been now two days and I m chasing them and no sign of the refund

I gave three stars for good customer care. Staff are quick to respond and assist. But some cars are old and smelly. My second rental was a terrible experience. I dreaded driving the car because of the horrible cigarette smell lingering inside. It actually gave me chest pains and headaches. Next time I will only rent a specific car that I rented during my first time.

Very nice and convenient. They brought the car to our hotel even though we didnt pay yet. The car was a great 2022 compact car. The staff were friendly as well. We still havent received the deposit fees back into the credit card, however, I will edit the review as soon as I do. Update: I have recieved the deposit fees after around 45 days of rental. I will definitely rent from them again.
