Be VIP Rent a Car Luxury Car Rental is unfortunately highly unreliable, and their approach to customer service is unacceptable. 26.04.2024, we rented a car only for one day and paid a deposit 3.150 AED. Despite repeated promises that the deposit would be returned, I have yet to see my money. Communication with them is incredibly frustrating. Every week, I was reassured that the refund was on its way, but nothing ever happened. I feel cheated and want to prevent others from having the same experience. Be very cautious with this company. Their behavior is unprofessional and irresponsible. If you decide to use their services, you risk losing your money and dealing with significant issues. Warning warning. Although they have nice cars, they do not return the deposit, we are not the only ones! They are common thieves. They do not respond to messages or emails, after returning to Dubai we will deal with the police.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - BROKEN CARS and £1100 DEPOSIT NOT RETURNED Despite assuring me my deposit was being returned on numerous occassions.....I have received nothing. As a surprise for my 7 year old sons birthday, who is a huge Lamborghini fan, I arranged the rental of a Black Lamborghini Huracan EVO Sypder 2024 for 26th March 2024. I paid a returnable deposit of 5,250AED, (£1126) in addition to the rental fee. This was due to be returned to me 16th April 2024. Unfortunately, when we arrived to collect the car, the convertible roof did not lower and therefore we could not proceed with the rental of the Lamborghini. My son was extremely upset and I could not believe the roof had not been tested prior to our arrival. We wanted to cancel the booking and see if we could arrange an alternative car elsewhere. We were offered a Ferrari instead of a refund. I asked my son if he was ok with the Ferrari, he said he was but spent most of the day crying that he had not got to spend the day in his dream Lamborghini. I have now been chasing for the deposit return which is over £1,100 and despite being told it was being sent, it has never arrived and I am now being ignored. I rented a Cadillac Escalade here and had a very nice experience with the car, even the stuff was kind. Unfortunately they re fake and have no intention on giving you back your deposit. They ll ignore your emails and messages after you get back home from Dubai. So in total that Escalade cost me $2000 for a day in total. STAY AWAY!

I rented a tributo, please be aware! they Will not refund your deposit. they are a SCAM! I asked them a few times and you will get stories. Mohammed Kamalli is the guy that brings you nice stories but stealing your money. Do not rent a car at this place! You will get stolen! Extra info: the creditcard company pushed him to refund, he refunded under Pressure. (they would close him down if he would not refund. If you follow him on his socials you see he would travel to exotic places (like Bahamas) with your deposit money. My advise and be smart dont rent your car here.

Updated July 17 I wrote my first review a couple of weeks ago and gave it a one. The deposit was nevertheless returned, only 10 days later from the day it was supposed to be. I dont recommend renting a car here So the advantages: - we took a range rover, a good car without any problems Thats all, now the cons: 1. Each kilometer over the daily limit (250 kilometers) costs 50 dirhams. We rented a car to go to Abu Dhabi. As a result, we paid a few hundred more dirhams for additional kilometers. 2. When I booked the car, I sent a photo of my driver s license (Russian Federation with duplicate inscriptions in English, which I always use to rent cars in Europe), I was told that everything was fine. When I came to pick up the car, it turned out that such a certificate was not suitable and that I needed to pay extra to get an international one. 3. They said that they would return the deposit (5000 dirhams) in 21 working days. As a result, I wrote to them, they answered once a day or every other day. All the time they said that we would send it. It was supposed to be sent on June 17th - it was sent on June 27th. After I started calling them on whatsapp non-stop. But now they write every couple of hours and ask to change the review.
