Exemplary quality service! Avenue is a very reliable rental here in Dubai with a wide selection of cars. Even when I wasn t able to find the exact car I wanted, they were able to offer alternatives just as good if not better. I have been a client of Avenue team for more or less 5 years. I have nothing but all great words for this dynamic team from their very hospitable 24hour support, agent for my rental Ms Rose, theyre coordinator with my requests from work Ms Lisa, and one more Filipino guy on the nightshift who helped me when i had a battery replacement required in the wee hours of day. Avenue always had been very helpful and considerate to their customers which includes me as their clients, and my clients if we request a transportation from them. their drivers are also very well groomed and in uniform and all speaks english, while on the rental cars. all cars provided are up to date, roadworthy, and almost brand new specs! there are lotsa bogus rentals around dubai that will charge you so much for little scratches and all but avenue never does that to me nor my clients. i will forever recommend avenue transport to rentals, pick up and drop off. lovely team and soooooooooo hospitable and always impressive service! thank you team!
